My entire adult life...she and NPR Fresh Air have been there. I can't define my life without it. She opens the door to so many lives of people out there, that I wouldn't know. It really teaches you of humanity. By listening to their stories on Fresh Air, it made me to cheer up and stand up again, when I found myself in a dark and very low point...or to be humble when I was at the high point of my life.
She's national treasure we should all cherish.

Love your show, Terri. I must say I miss Diane Rehm. So grateful we have you. I am not comparing. No comparison can exist between two great people each superb at what they do in their own right. National treasure indeed. Yes you are. Thank you.

You may not be able to compare the two but I sure can. Diane Rehm wasn't in the same league as Terry Gross. Rehm was overtly biased, often lacked interest in her guests, and often failed to ask good followups.
