Nice ideas. I know this was hand building ideas but that last one where you texture a slab to make an addition to the pot is a great thing to do on the wheel as well. Throw the bottom part of your pot and then before taking it off the wheel, add a textured side or rim to it. Works great for interesting casseroles and mugs. This is also a great way to add height if you aren't good at throwing tall. You can make a cylinder, cut it in half with your needle tool while the wheel is spinning (save the top part), add a textured slab to the bottom part and then add your top part back onto the textured middle part. Viola! Tall pot!
Hi Tonic. Wow, I didnt even know our videos could do that. Thanks for letting me know. I played it through on my computer but it never changed. Im not sure what happened on your end. If you figure it out, I would love to know how to do that. We do get requests from people asking for translations. Thanks so much for watching and happy potting to you. Ann
Hi, you can change the language setting, including the translation, by clicking on the small wheel at the top right. There you can choose from different languages. But of course you will miss Ann's super pleasant voice :-) Greetings, Inge
@@mariaf.767 Wow, I didnt know that Maria. That is very useful information and thanks for the kind words about my voice, 🙂. ...on a side note I have actually been trying to learn Spanish and have made some progress but there is no way I could do the beautiful Spanish language any justice, haha. Much better to use the translator for sure.
Hi Anne, I love your ideas and really respect your creativity. Some of you forms are so cute! Thank you for sharing so much!

Lovely designs! I especially like the last piece. The textured strip had such nice contrast to the main body. 😊
