#Item #78 years old and #learning to #draw - something I've always wanted to do. I happened on this tutorial and although I have #never #drawn a face thought I'd #give it a #try. I have now done the #exercise 3 times, each one more relaxed and improved. On the 3rd one, I also added some #hair, following your "#ribbon" #analogy. I was #astonished. For #someone #totally #unschooled in drawing, I had created a very #realistic #looking person. I wish I could send it to you for #critique. #Obviously, it is not perfect #yet !) but to #achieve the level I did in #3tries is amazing. You are very talented and so is the model, but tbh the first photos, without the river, felt a bit... odd. I didn’t really like how dry and dead everything looked. It could’ve worked out a bit better if the styling was a bit more rough, dark. With that very white, clean and flowy garment I think it would’ve looked nicer with a lot of greenery. However, the ones with the water worked a lot better - it gave a second interest point and contrasted with the dry environment. Just my two cents :)

I absolutely love your work and end up binge watching your videos throughout the past days! One thing I cannot wrap my mind around: how do you shoot with 1.2 and end up with such equally sharp photos ? when I shoot 1.4 and do more of a close up portrait, I end up having one eye sharper than the other because the focal range is so tight. I'd really love to know how you do it !

I always surprise for the focus sharpness at 1.2 and the depth of field you achive , can you plesse tell what mode do yo shoot ? aparture,speed or manual ?
I was thinking where she focused..because i was on tracking+one shot and trying to shoot like she does and many of the images were out of focus...
@@alinus4techno try getting DOF calculater app for mobile from google app store where you can actually calculate your actul focus depth with veriety of focal length lens and distance to subject
