she lost a huge amount of ground avoiding Athing Mu when she fell, she did incredibly well to work her way back up to 5th place. A really excellent performance and I think proving she was likely in shape to take a top 3 spot. Gotta feel bad for her but that's 800m racing!

Agreed! Definitely got completely messed up with the fall but did a great job of staying in it for 5th!

Sucks that some of the fastest racers may not have qualified because of the fall (not just the person who fell but everyone around her who had to maneuver).

She wouldve made it. Still has the 1500 but its not her best event and the field will be tough with St Pierre, Cranny, Hiltz, McGee, Mackay, Maclean and Johnson.
