Just a big thank you for saving my and my brothers ass by this video!!! Got his bike loaded and home without an issue because of your video after many drops and scary moments!
I will be tying down my bike for the first time myself. I'm traveling across country with my rv. Please tell me what straps to use. I see the ones you used look easy to use. Also, did you thread them up and over the handlebars and back down through the fairung.
yeah should have done the back side similarly to the front. Around the tire isnt the most optimal, there are quite few better spots depending on the bike
And with a pit stop from condor you can strap your bike down by yourself. Personally I would not load a bike on an angle in a truck, rather leave the tailgate down and add a board underneath the rear tire as "pressure bridge" onto the tailgate. And NO, I never had road debris damaging my tailgate.

The back tire strap is a good idea but it shouldn’t wrap around the tire then to the other side as the tire can still shift side to side
Not sure how it would move

Did you put those straps around the forks or was there something else behind the fearing you put them around?
Fantastic. .

thor8640 why wouldn’t you have the bike on an angle?
where can i buy this type of trailer? what's it called?
homedepot has similar trailers
Where can i get that wheel chock?
Harbor Freight
If you put a strap on the front wheel it is not going to turn whatsoever....but what do I know.....LOL
Go to 1:06. Your welcome.
My welcome?
those exposed wiring are supersafe ahahahhaha 0:17
pull tight straps? hell no. gotta use a ratchet
No not for the front, it’s unnecessary and compresses the front suspension too much, but as he said ratchets are good for the back wheel.
