Some other research also suggested that a democratic style is good for self-determined athletes, and amotivated athletes might need an autocratic coach. Knowing our preferences and finding a suitable coach for ourselves is really important. It is just like finding a mate. At the end of the day, we do sports to satisfy ourselves and to make ourselves happy! So there is no reason to force ourselves to work with someone that we don't like.

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
