I got the railcard online! Sometimes there will have some discount codes for the railcard! It will be much cheaper than buying the railcard in station.
Yes, there could be some discounts online but if I may ask, what type of railcard did get online? The MATURE student railcard which this video is all about cannot be gotten online though (except there are new changes to that which I doubt).
Thanks for the video. One quick question, Do we need to paste the passport size photo on the form somewhere and get it half stamped on the photo and half stamped on the form? OR, should we get the passport size photo stamped separately, and the the form to be stamped separately? If yes, should we get the back side of the photo stamped? If you could please clarify in detail please. Many thanks
Hello, You just need to go with form and a passport photo to your university (like I stated in the video), you do NOT need to paste the photo on the form. The form and the passport will be stamped independently. That stamped photo will be pasted on your railcard by the person who attends to you at the train station. Hope it is clear now.
Thanks for sharing. It’s really useful! And I hope everyone know it has 20% discount for buying the railcard on trainpal with the code. If you want to know, I will share it, free!

Great. Thanks for quick response. And the photo is stamped on the back side of that photo or front side(face side)?
It should be at the back but that’s supposed to be done by your school. I am sure they know what to do 😊

Does this railcard cover all costs of using the train station regardless of where and when? Just £30?

With the railcard, you get 30% discount for all your train journeys in the UK as explained in the video.
