Hi, I requested for a refund from my University in Canada after Visa refusal, but the option they gave me is I can only get my refund via Convera. I'm skeptical about the authenticity of Convera since I'm in Nigeria, moreover the reviews I've been reading about Convera online is poor. Hello, I want to apply for student visa, do I have to scan every page of the financial documents for 9 months?

I arrived in the UK as a student in 2021, and my wife and children joined me as dependents on my Tier 4 visa. My wife started working in healthcare in March 2021 and was granted a Care Tier 2 visa in 2023. At that point, my children and I became her dependents. We paid the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) when applying for the Tier 4 visa, but not when we switched to the Tier 2 visa. When making a claim, should we use my wife's work details from her employment between 2021 and 2023 while I was still a student, or should we use the work details from 2023 that led to her sponsorship? The work was with two different companies. Thank you.

As a student some weeks I get 20hours while some weeks I get 15 hours and not 16hours, do you think I would be considered 😢
