Yum! And yeah that will be a good combination, Anne. Ginger cookies & pumpkin cheese. Looking forward to watching it, it would be perfect for this time of the year!
These were Fantastic, simply to die for!!! I made them with the rice flour "Bisquick" following your blog recipe and added chopped dried figs to the remaining 1/4 batter; all the cookies looked shiny and beautiful! Thanks a lot Anne!!
I love ginger cookies! yum yum :D They look so pretty and round :D I want some!, it's kind of cold down here, so they will go great with a big cup of coffee! Thanks for sharing another amazing recipe!
Oh Anna,, these look divine!! :) I wouldnt mind a couple with a cup of Tea. :) They have such a nice golden brown color! As always another great GF recipe my friend! ;-) PS: I like how you replaced the Molasses with Honey. I dont think I would had though to do that,,, great idea!!
They crumbled really well after I bashed them a bit with my rolling pin. The pumpkin cheesecake came out really well. I'd even say it might have been the best thing I've made all year. But I do find I'm having to eat a lot of vegetable soup to keep from gaining weight with all these treats around.
LOL Hey Anne I was just writing you when you posted this. They look wonderful. I look forward to the Cheese cake. Do they crumble well for the base? Wait.. don't answer that, I will wait and see on the Cheese Cake video :) Serendipity Cookies, good stuff and a good idea to use them as a base. I have a lot of pumpkin left over too. I am going to have to get creative to use it up, I got a bit crazy after Halloween and bought 3 more Pumpkins :( LOL Steve.
Thanks Brenda, These were really good but wait until you see the pumpkin cheesecake that I made with them. It's a thing of beauty. Wait until you see it tomorrow.
Just off to the Melbourne Cup Anne :) Thought I would pen a quick reply. I look forward to seeing it. The vegetable soup idea is a great one. I have the same problem with all this cooking and tasting. I have decided to store the excess cake and cookies in a tube around my waste until I can get round to the soup. At least that way I'm not letting things get out of control, please feel free to share this tip with your subscribers ;) Steve

Anne, I agree - these look just wonderful. They remind me of Christmas as we always had our gingerbread nice and chewy.
Thanks for the kind words. I hope you like them.
Thanks Janet, they were really good.
These look lovely!

You're far more ambitious than I am. I haven't made a house in years. I should try to make one with my daughter. It could be a blast. :)
