I went there on 2/18/17 and i tried 55 and 49 but it came out as XX so i think its locked now and also if you go up to level 27 you can see the elevator tops of the low-rise elevators
@@blueguest222 unfortunately, you now need a key to get to 49 (being a guest at the hotel) but I think you can press handicap, scan the card, then click 49.
There is no 55th floor it was a typo someone accidentally put 55 in the computer instead of 49 it’s supposed to be 49 not 55 this was a mistake but they fixed it when they upgraded the miconic 10 to port

I think the workers have to either use the fire cabinet, or use the ID system and take detection of going to that floor. Even then, only the service elevators should have access to the staff floors

You have to be on the 3rd Floor and push 55 in between cars F & G. I tried it today and it worked.
