The charging case should really be USB C, disappointing
Hello, thanks for the comment. I totally agree. I think this was produced before the European legislation that says that all devices should be USB C. It is a shame that it isn’t as I am a huge face of USB C.

Hi, nice video. I’ve bought one from eBay (second hand), it seems to work, however I’ve been unable to connect it to the App. Interestingly, the brush connects to the dock, but neither the brush nor the dock connect to the oral b app in my iPhone 13. I’ve also got the io9, which connected to the iPhone without any issues whatsoever…. Any chance to make a video on how exactly to connect the dock and the brush? Would be amazing help… I’ve rebooted the iPhone, switched Bluetooth on both phone and brush, nothing has worked… still no connection… have also tried to reset the brush (easy one) and also the dock, though not sure I’ve managed it…the instructions are horrible, there is no step-by-step on how to connect them..
can you use charging station if it is not pluged in electricity?
Hello, thanks for the comment. You can still put the toothbrush on the charging station and it will stand up. But it won’t charge or show the positional brushing locations without being plugged into power. Hope this helps.
