Emergency operations heating rod malfunctions for EPS hot melting machine

Hi everyone, I am Fiona. In today's video, we will explain what to do when the heating rod of the EPS hot melting machine is not working properly:
Using this semi-finished EPS hot melting machine we are currently producing as an example:
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Turn off the die head heating on the electric control cabinet
Step 2: Loosen the screw on the right side of the extrusion die head and remove the entire die head
Step 3: After removing the die head, use a hammer or other tools to knock off the EPS ingots solidified on the machine
Although we have provided the above steps, please remember that these are emergency operations only and should only be done when the heating rod malfunctions.
