For one! It's not up to the nurse to decide the fate of a patient! We update family with facts and choices! If the family decides to do everything at all costs, it's our duty to fulfill that families request! We should not judge a family in any way with our emotions-what we think the family or patient should do! Of course the Arizona state board of nursing thinks they know better!
