Since I couldn’t find any worth while options at a reasonable price I decided to take a shot at fabbing up an intake manifold.

Admirable work!! With the short plenum runners, do you feel like your midrange will be sluggish?
Hell ya man! Maybe think about a cnc machine for aluminum to help with the flanges and keeping the whole intake manifold aluminum so you don't have to bolt aluminum to cast. You can machine the manifold flange and weld it all up! Just a suggestion, they could come in handy for alot other stuff! I love the videos man, keeping up close with you for when I go this route! Keep up the good work, love the videos, can't wait for it to be done! 💪
Thanks for the tip man! I was going to buy the intake flange but decided to use the stock runners to save some time and also tho save injector placement

Hey man. I’ve been tossing around the idea of picking up a B5 S4 for the better half of a decade. Car market is pretty intense right now but I thought I’d ask someone as knowledgeable as yourself on how much you think a clean B5 would go for those days?
Budget is around 15-20k for a really clean one. Hopefully single turbo or stage 3 but lower miles is preferred.
Any advice would be appreciated! Keep up the videos man, your quality is fantastic and extremely informative.

3 and 4 cylinder will work. The rest are not.
Saturation of mixture by 1 and 6 will be low
You need to divide flows between 3 and 4 into 2.
I was thinking the same thing. I was also thinking of a dual TB dual manifold setup. But that's a bit much lol.
yo got a question for you, just bought a: a6 c5 2.7t. question is: is the parts from a4 b5 2.7t the "same" as the a6 2.7t. Its harder to find parts for the a6 2.7 then the a4 2.7 :c

Hi man, what a tool you use to cut alu ?
I used a ryobi jigsaw with a metal cutting blade. It made really smooth cuts pretty quickly.
dont you think there should be some kind of gasket between adapter plate and manifold i think bolts are not enought but it is me
The base plate is machined with 6 o-rings
