  • I spent two weeks of spare time modifying a MKIII intake manifold to be a direct fit into a MKIV, and I wanted to see how the VGI system works before I threw the OE manifold away.

    Cool info, thank you. I’m going to keep my mk4 intake after seeing this, mine has no issues but will be doing gruven bushings/billet ball joint soon so hopefully maintenance won’t be for awhile

    So what was the final outcome of this project? Was it worth getting rid of the stock setup?

      Wish I knew, broke my shift rod clip at end but prob not needed
