Also wanted to throw in here, I really like white noise to drown out other noises that wake me up. Sadly it’s a bit too cold to have my fan on and my white noise machine turns off after an hour 🙃

My chronic pain definitely has been affecting my sleep 🙃 I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet, so I've been given nothing to work with. I've been recommended massage therapy, chiropractors, or pool therapy. I'd be interested in those options (if they were covered by insurance). Getting comfortable is the hardest part. I can sleep perfectly fine in one position one night, and then next night I have to wiggle around to get comfortable and find a new sleeping position. I do have a fan/heater unit in my room that's helped a lot, and while I only have a full sized bed, I have a king sized comforter for maximum comfort. i sometimes journal before bed if I have energy. in the winter I go to bed earlier bc I get sad during the night, but I also wake up earlier. I want to get some proper curtains for my room, I think that could help!

Similar issues here - I have struggled with this my entire life. Not helped by the ME which made ti all much worse. I have actually written a sleep protocol. I think I will always find it hard - but it is much better than it used to be now. Phew. Severe sleep deprivation is hell.
