Ingredients:
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
40g sweetened condensed milk (甜炼乳)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
160ml black tea (红茶)
140g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
20g corn starch (玉米粉)
20g poppy seeds (罂粟籽)
5 egg whites(蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
70g (1/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan
22cm (9寸)戚风烤模

What type of black tea do you use in this recipe? Could you use 160g cake flour in place of the plain flour and cornstarch?
