  • Orange Chiffon Cake | Sponge Cake | 香橙戚风蛋糕
    10” inch : 25cm (10-12 slices)
    10”寸-25cm 中空模具 (可切10-12片)
    PREHEAT OVEN 140°C (15 minutes)
    Oven temperature :
    1) 140°C (60 minutes)
    2) 150°C (15 minutes)
    Ingredients
    - 8 Grade A eggs
    - 120g fine sugar
    - 125ml full cream milk
    - 60ml orange juice
    - 80ml vegetable oil
    - 165g all purpose flour
    - half teaspoon salt
    - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    - 8 Grade A 鸡蛋
    - 120g 幼糖
    - 125ml 全脂牛奶
    - 60ml 香橙汁
    - 80ml 植物油
    - 165g 普通面粉
    - 1/2 茶匙 盐
    - 1 茶匙 柠檬汁

    Hello. May I ask what did you mean about “full cream milk”? Is it just regular whole milk or a special kind of milk?

    Hi, Angus 請問你用的是鮮橙汁還是瓶裝的濃縮橙汁?
    可以用底筋粉嗎?

      都可以,你可以用新鲜橙汁或罐装浓缩果汁或者各一半。用浓缩果汁做出来颜色会比较漂亮。
