It's actually Moonlight Capital, Royal Road is just where it plays.
Edit: And Beautiful Prison. Taranza's theme doesn't actually play, though Divine Beauty (Sectonia's intro cutscene music) plays during the cutscene after Masked Dedede, so I can see where the confusion comes from, as Beautiful Prison and Divine Beauty are very similar tracks.
