one of my all time favorites out of the entire random chiptune mix series by Krelez. to think that entire music trip started with this, what a hell of a way to start it with a bang O___o
This really brings me back to the first weeks of quarantine. We all thought it was just going to be a fun month long break where we could catch up on everything and then relax. That was truly some of the best times of my recent years
One of the absolute best compositions I have heard. This transcends chiptune - it is a masterpiece in the combination of groove, harmony, melodic content, structure, color, and so much more. To think that this was all done in a tracker, controlling every sound through what's essentially just a big list of letters, is a true testament to your genius as a composer and understanding of music. It is simply mind-boggling how you have been able create such intricate compositions with this software, and I would even say the limitations force you to be even more creative and elevates your music that much further. The instrument is just as much a part of the composition as the genius writing it, and you exemplify that perfectly.
I always really liked this song from the game "Gum Drop Hop". I never searched for this complete song and now I have to say that it is really good. And he was only 15 years old when he did this, I admire him. :)
