We are not ‘fucked’ because people say we should believe women; you should really sit down and consider why you had that reaction, considering the fact that women have been brushed off, not believed, and ridiculed for ‘ruining a young man’s life’ because he raped somebody.
And considering there’re things like nail polish that tests for roofies…that women have been taught to live in fear of men’s whims, maybe men SHOULD be careful. Maybe men should have to be as vigilant about how they treat women as women have had to be in their daily routine. And maybe you should think about why you feel women, alone, should have to carry the burden.

The unsubstantiated allegations? The "assaults and advances" that you're simply assuming or implying actually exist? It is not incumbent upon Andy to prove a negative, the onus is on the individuals making the accusations. The dude literally won a settlement in a court of law. @@Ellie_ipv8 I completely agree!! No one seems to see the HUGE DIFFERENCE between Johnny Depp being in an abusive relationship, being lied about and ruining his career, and this guy trying to cheat on his wife and having it backfire and blaming the woman that he invited by wanting to cheat and boost his ego. @@Shadow-In-The-East the point that is trying I be made is, he let his “fame” & “notoriety” go to his head thinking he was desirable by younger sexier women than his wife and seeing how far he could take it. He invited her in close enough for her to implode his life. She is wrong for falsely accusing. But bottom line, if he was being an honest human being and not wanting to abuse the notoriety he had he shouldn’t have been dishonest himself and could have avoided bringing all of this upon himself by not trying to cheat on his family. Johnny Depp is a victim of domestic violence, he is guilt to of trying to cheat on his wife, and getting caught because he pissed off the wrong woman he wanted to degrade by trying to date her.

I went through "My own Amber Heard" as well. My ex-wife accused me of domestic violence. I don't have one violent bone in my body, so she lied because I was planning on leaving her and eventually filing for divorce. She was controlling in the relationship, telling me what to do, where I can or can't go, who I can hang out with and eventually where I should work! It was crazy. So, after two years of that crap, I was planning on leaving and that's when things took the insane turn. She told me if I leave her that she would call the cops and tell them I beat her. She didn't have any evidence of this and clearly people who knew me, wouldn't believe it because I have never been violent towards anyone. Ever! I treat people the way I would want to be treated. With respect, with encouragement and optimism. I left her. She called the cops. I got arrested. The prosecutor went for the jugular on this one. But in order for me to get away from her I just took the plea because going through court for probably a few years to fight this meant I would have to deal with her this whole time, and I just wanted out. So, I got the charges dropped down to a misdemeanor domestic assault charge and had to take a 12-month domestic violence course. Which I complied with all court ordered mandates. During the time I filed for divorce, and we went our separate ways thanks to a two-year restraining order. There is a lot more details to the story but to talk about these details would be novel sized explanations and storytelling. It was the worst 3 years of my life, and I would never want to go through it again and I wish no one would have to like I did.
3 months after the divorce was finalized, she got remarried. As of today, she has been married 3 times. And working on her 3rd divorce.
I went into that marriage with a great car, great job, great place to live...when I finally left her, I had no car, no money, and no place to live with only the clothes on my back. I best describe her as a "life ruin-er". It took me a few years to realize that I was the one being abused. It was very toxic. But now 15 years later, I remarried (been married now almost 10 years), very happy, and doing very well financially and even bought a house. If you are in a toxic relationship or marriage and you've done all you can to try to make it work...get out. It's the best thing you can do. I always prided myself in not being a quitter, but I had to quit that marriage. She was the worse "Amber Heard" I ever met.

Some woman decides she will get revenge bc a man doesn’t want to put up with her crazy bs anymore, he wants to leave the relationship and she decides ti ruin his life. His reputation, his job, his family; and for what? It’s insane, some people are just evil. I was touched by your story. Something similar happened to my cousin over 20 years ago, false accusations ruined his life and he still has to deal with it bc he is a registered s offender. He lost his restaurant, his home, all of his money fighting the false accusations. He had broken up with his fiancé and she got her 16 yo sister to claim that he had sa’d her. It wasn’t true, he was and is, a good man; and all of that changed him. It kinda broke him. Reading your story reminded me of what he went through, how hard on him it was, how people would believe the worst about him, believe something so out of character about him. This was long before the Believe All Women campaign, and I think the false accusations have gotten worse since that happened. Thank you for sharing your story. Nicky, so good to hear you speak of your abuse in "past-tense" and I hope you're far beyond that part of your life now, and yes, AH is even clearly the 'aggressor ' in this trial, let alone in their relationship, no one truly abused would act like she has in so many ways!!!! You don't 'egg-on' someone who you know can lash-out and hit you in an instant like she does in those recordings and if JD was hurting her he'd be the one constantly apologizing for what he did and blaming her for causing it, instead, that's exactly what we hear AH doing in one recording after another!!!!!!! God Bless! Stay safe!!! Love....

My husband was falsely accused of some horrible things. He never had the chance to say his side of the story. It cost him his kids. And later on, his grandkids. I saw how much it hurt him. It took part of his soul and crushed him. He passed away 18 months ago, and one of his kids contacted me and told me they wished they'd had the chance to know their Dad. But it was too late then! These false allegations not only robbed my husband of his kids and grandkids, but it robbed them of knowing the most phenomenal man ! The most beautiful, kindred, spirit. The man with the biggest, and least judgemental, heart.
This is why I am so passionate about fighting for justice, for people falsely accused. The fallout from false allegations affects far more than just the intended target. It affects innocent bystanders. And that's not okay.

My mother was an Amber Heard to my dad. She destroyed him, my relationship with him for years and years. Lies upon lies about him, that I believed because I was a literal child, I didn't think she would ever lie to me. I missed out on years with him, he didn't get to see me graduate, or teach me to drive, help me with my first car, first relationship, first job, none of that. It wasn't until my "mother" kicked me out a week after I graduated, with no money, no job, continued to cash in on child support for me until I became an adult, that I happened to run into him one day. Pure dumb luck. I believe the universe works in mysterious ways, and that what is meant to be, will be, and those who deserve the full force of their own karma will get burned by it one day. I consider myself lucky to have been able to rebuild a relationship with my dad before I lost him 2 years ago to cancer, but I wish I'd had more time, that I hadn't missed out on those years. Women like AH don't think about anyone but themselves, my own mother didn't think about anyone but herself. Her claim was I "abused my boys." Didn't happen, obviously no evidence. My boys were literally ripped from my arms, one being an infant. I was only granted 2hr supervised visitation every other week. & SHE (my mil) was the supervisor, & said when/where. How I didn't end myself is proof there is a God. I would go weeks without talking outloud or leaving my bedroom. It's been 10months of this. I think/hope we're coming out of it, but until my babies are back with me full time it's not over. I agree with this statement. It’s so easy to cancel an individual and falsely accuse someone in the age of social media. What needs to change is the consequences for people who make false accusations while destroying the lives of others. Their wrongful behaviour requires equal punishment for their actions. ITS WRONG that they get to walk away unscathed while nearly “un-living” another human being. Stay strong Andy…YOU are the standup individual who accepts responsibility and learns from mistakes while your accusers will probably go on to find another victim to destroy. So sad.

Hello from Sw Florida Andy 👋🏼
I recently discovered your channel because of the Depp trial. I am passionate about this case as well, for a few reasons. I have sons, I have been through da in previous relationships. And, my husband has had an AH situation as well. It cost my family dearly! It has been very traumatic and we are still trying to heal. The betrayal cuts so deeply. So I understand exactly how you feel regarding what happened with your story. My husband and I were both administrators for a locally well known organization. We spent most every day for nearly five years rebuilding the organization from the ground up. It was truly a labor of love, something we believed in! Unfortunately some of the very people we hired, vouched for and counted as friends were the same that came with their own agendas, using blatant lies to accomplish those agendas. The higher ups knew the truth, and even said they were “acting as agents of evil” and told us we had nothing to worry about. But as soon the trio realized their tactics weren’t working, one of the females “came forward” and said she felt “uncomfortable” and if we weren’t let go she would sue the organization and take her story to the local media. The higher ups made a quick call to the organization’s attorney. The attorney said even though she is obviously lying, it’s a “he said she said case and in our current culture with the me too movement ‘she said’ always wins.” And with the smear campaign that she threatened, the attorney said it was easier and cheaper to let us go giving us severance packages and a gag order. There’s more, and worse that happened to my family that followed but it’s just too much to type. Thank you for being open and willing to share Andy! Sending love, peace and blessings! 🤗

I lost so much in my life because of them, I nearly lost my life too. I am happy that I've found your channel from a while ago. Unfortuntely, women are still being killed by their partners on a dalily basis and I guess that is why society orjustice has been so prejudiced. Usually when you tell a guy you are not interested, my experience is they would get scary, yelling and calling me terrible names for saying 'no'. I can understand it's really hard for good guys to ask a woman out, but understand there's always a fear of being murdered 😕. Not only those who falsely accused you are despicable, but your former colleagues are scumbags for not even trying to understand the situation.
Glad you are stronger and happier now

What's messed up is the woman who berated me, hit me, and verbally abused me during a 5 year relationship, went by April Dawn... Just a different April Dawn

My family went through this. Probably the most painful part was the "friends" of many years doing exactly what your weak colleagues did.

All these people are doing by lying is hurting real victims/survivors.. As a DV and narcissistic abuse survivor myself I believe Johnny! What amber is doing is sick.. If I’m now scared to speak out anymore about the abuse I went through out of fear that people will think I’m doing what she’s doing, it makes you wonder how many other people out there feel the same way!

Same, I was in a bad relationship with a man who behaved completely like Amber. Hell, I knew a girl who tried pulling the same crap Amber did to her own boyfriend who was a musician and people believed her until the day cops were called to their apartment and saw her assaulting her boyfriend, hitting him and armed with a knife. Thankfully, she was arrested and charged. My friendship ended with her immediately after hearing what she did to him, because her now ex and I were friends. And I knew he wasn’t a monster.

I personally think you should keep your history with abusive men out of this conversation. It doesn't relate to mens plight of being accused or facing their own abuse at the hands of women. At all. I'm sorry it happened to you. But society sides with you. It doesn't hurt real victims. All the systems will side with you regardless of Amber Heard lies. We also don't have evidence of your story either. To know if you're even valid to call out Amber from a position of being a survivor. So it's largely irrelevant here.

believe me most of the time an abused woman wouldn't be that loud (I say most of time cause every situation is different)
but as someone who works with abused women most of them feels shameful and want to solve their problems with secrecy they doesn't want to be reminded of it, and want the people around them to treat them like everyone else.

@@NadDew exactly! 100%! My ex still tells lies about me 15 years later and I only just started speaking out about his abuse.. I felt so much shame, embarrassment and guilt.. Until I educated myself on narcissism/narcissistic abuse I completely blamed myself for things I never should have from the beginning.. you hear something enough times tho you’ll start to believe it especially when it’s your own husband/wife (at that time) that is telling you it’s your fault and you’re the problem regardless of the fact he was the one who was abusive and unfaithful.. I was not.. but I thought for the longest time if I had done this or not done that those things wouldn’t have happened.

    • @HollieAndApollo

@@alyssacrypto I see your point but I respectfully disagree. I was silent about my abuse for about 15 years.. I was scared to speak out against my ex out of fear of retaliation and the fact he was using our son as a pawn to manipulate and control me long after I left him and only recently did I start to actually talk about it more openly after I educated myself more on narcissistic abuse/narcissism and realized I wasn’t to blame for the abuse I went through like I was made to believe and now after all this I’m personally worried to say anything in fear that people will think I’m doing what she’s doing. Which honestly is what you just did.. so I think I have a right to speak from my own experience. I get that I can’t as a woman understand what it’s like from a man’s point of view but I most definitely know what it’s like from a survivors point of view and if I’m scared to now speak out about it makes you wonder how many others feel this way too.. that’s all I was really trying to say.

Andy, I found you through the Depp- AH trial, Didn't know your history but liked the vibes so I found myself checking in daily. I remember a few times you briefly mentioning your past issues so I finally watched you're story, Thank you for admitting your wrongs, learning from them, being courageous enough to stand up to the false allegations, for sharing your story. I appreciate your kindness, understanding, the laughs, the guest host's, the community you built and because of the integrity I believe you to have, I prefer to watch Popcorned Planet over any thing from mainstream. You are great at your job and deserve it to be rewarding and lucrative.
