Other than maybe requesting one from Zippo, I'm not sure where people have been getting them. The two I have I've gotten from receiving packages from other collectors that includes one with the item. Could always Google the image of one and save it to your phone, maybe. I do that myself, actually. There is also a very good website for dating vintage Zippos, glenzippo.co.uk
Usually, the easiest way to purchase a Zippo made in 1995 would be off of Ebay. There are a few groups on Facebook that are geared towards collectors selling Zippos. There are some really good sellers on them.
That 1999 high polish chrome has a really satisfying click. And that's way better than an elf on a shelf!
