Thank you. How much does it generally cost to finish this house? And why the owners left it unfinished?

The finishing costs really depend on the new owner and the level of finish they want, of course. But somewhere in the range of $25k base, to $60k high end, would be our estimate. It's a stunning place and view. It was left unfinished because the current owners had to sharply change their plans for personal and family reasons. Thanks for your interest and comment. 👍
