I think those palms were Sylvester Palms. In Palm Beach County Florida, those were a few thousand dollars a tree at the nurseries, and much, much, smaller.
Do you have plans to show more low(er) cost, affordable type housing that more people can easily afford. (in a Ecuador, where the cost of living is much lower than the USA; less wealthy folk)

What a deal for someone. Someone who has the $. Someone who is able to be at peace and ready to loose the urban distractions. You'd get to know the neighbors....the birds who announce the day. All that healthy food, and air. Nice part of the region, close enough to the towns for shopping and socializing. If all this seems like fantasy, it is....until you come down and look for yourself. Me, I want a zero media detox retreat. Birds at sunrise are ok. The sun at zenith within days of the equinox, that too. But no photoshopped royals.
My biggest question would be, how do you take care of a property like this? Because it's beautiful and great with all the fruit trees and vegetables, but if you don't take care of it every day, it might go grow out of control or go bad quick I suspect. 🤔
There are many gardeners and caretakers that can help you partially or fully maintain the property at a reasonable cost, if that’s what you’re looking for. 🙏 ❤️
Ecuador is an incredibly beautiful country with incredible diversity, culture, pristine nature, abundant water, food & opportunities. It is a DEVELOPING country.. Do your research
Carl, that is a beautiful house, but especially the garden/food farm surrounding it. But I couldn't stand to listen beyond the first few minutes. To be brutally frank, you have a bad case of realtorspeak. With all of your language skills and cultural familiarity you can certainly do better! Start by transcribing your entire speech word by word and then list all of your pronouns that are worn to death in columns. Like the word "beautiful" for example. If I were doing that ad I'd have my tech guy visit at dawn with his best microphone and record the bird song in the garden for the first few minutes. Sold!
Beautiful place, but I just checked, the average humidity is a whopping 86% in the part of the country. And that's about 65% more than I can handle. And as always, the westerners have increased the prices in this once affordable country. If I wanted to buy a house for this price, I'd have bought one in the US, where I know the language and my surroundings.
The humidity is nowhere near 86% in Vilcabamba. Not sure what you found but the humidity here is EXTREMELY low. That’s why it’s called the valley of “eternal spring”… 72-78 degrees year round with low humidity! As far as prices in the Vilcabamba area, 90% of the real estate is purchased by Lojanos buying second homes and weekend homes. Of course, immigration from foreigners has some impact, just not the majority or driving factor. It’s a common misconception. Thanks for watching!

This is my dream property!!! I’ve been wanting to move down there for around 15 years. Whoever ends up with this property is truly blessed! 💖💖
What’s holding you from visiting!?!?
@@AbundantLivingEcuador $$ I don’t make enough to be able to save up to visit. Canada is a very expensive country to live in.
Keep the dream alive!

Lots of work bro! My farm in the Norocidente of Quito was originally designed for fruit trees and exótico planta. We are now into animals!

Does it being a gated community mean there's an HOA?
For there, HOA would mean Heaven Owners Association.
🤣 Yes - message us at info@abecuador.com for more information. ❤️ 🙏
In the listing it said, "Enjoy the benefits of low monthly HOA fees, priced at $180" That isn't monthly is it?
Why would I want to live in the third world?
😳
Ecuador is not a third world country, but how would you know that?
