I have this in my library . I do the non capo. If you notice you only sing on two chords . F and C. You never sing on Am and G. I think this would be great for people wanting to learn to play and sing as the first song or one of the first songs.

my favorite tom petty song. of course i say that about pretty much every tom petty song (and dirty knobs song)! i think the capo on 5 version is similar to fast car with capo on 2. with c, d, em, g chord shapes and a capo you have the keys to the kingdom.
