    She's talking about the healthy women out there. The 0.25%. So none of this will be even remotely helpful to any man dating women in 2024.
    1) Understand your triggers. She says major props if you understand this. Unfortunately this will REPEL all women, LoL!
    2) Know your body (clues to when you are triggered)
    3) Understand the root cause of why you have your triggers
    4) How have you healed from your trauma
    5) Have they found a mentor?
    6) Developing assertiveness and boundaries - create purposeful conflict - this is a major one for me. If you have boundaries as a single man and you enforce them you WILL be single, LoL.
    7) Understanding where and why and where you go to for dopamine. "In to me to see" I say "Without vulnerability there can be no intimacy".
    8) Having healthy outlets for self expression.
    Sarah likes travel. That is her self expression. What this tells me is that she has unresolved trauma. If you feel a sense of relief when you leave your house to travel that should tell you something.
    Like every other women, all they want is constant stimulation and lack of responsibility. It's called the "life of the mind". Everything I have ever found traveling was right there in my back yard the whole time.

    Talking about your vulnerabilities to a woman is a _REALLY_ bad idea, they may praise you for telling them at the time but the reality is that consciously or subconsciously she sees it as a weakness in you that she will weaponise in a future argument.
    Only women are allowed to show their vulnerabilities in a relationship - it is what it is...
    Assertiveness *IS* important - women want men who are not needy & don't take any sh&t, she needs to know that you are willing to walk away.

    In my 60s. I have an alcoholic bi/polar daughter who is basically homeless. In 4 different relationships, women pried the ugly details out, then blamed me for circumstances and the way I managed her. So I have set this as a hard boundary. I will only discuss this with people I really trust and have actually experienced dealing with these issues.

      @JedEkert 19 дней назад +5

      Here's my hard boundary for what it's worth, I do not trust women with that information, be they a friend, a consort, or a spouse. All of the aforementioned titles can suddenly, without much warning have the letters letters "ex" in front of them and your privacy is compromised. You will suddenly and painfully discover the trust and loyalty you bestowed will be given as much consideration as when they turn off a light switch.

      @tomdebevoise 19 дней назад +2

      @@JedEkert 100%, the point is that it is rare to find a woman that you can truly share difficult experiences with, i.e. be vulnerable and not ultimately be mistreated. At 59 and divorced for 6 years, I've done more for myself and my own happiness and wisdom. The best understanding for me is that I don't need a woman in my life to be really happy. My best connections right now with women are platonic, they all really look up to me, and I'm respected. Good enough. I live in the moment, I travel more than ever. I'd rather live my life socially for myself first, rather than feel like a victim because of the total lack of mutual desire. I won't go around begging for the desire of a woman. The type of woman I want is very rare. Romance is a bonus, not a benchmark of life. Romance may come, it may not, but romance is not my crutch or objective. Yes, I have to replace the need or desire for intimacy or touch with other productive thoughts and activities, but that just the reality of it, and I accept that.

    News Flash! Not sure why most women do not acknowledge this. They say they want a man to share his feelings and vulnerabilities. They think that it would be good for the man to share and perhaps for the man who is with that rare woman it works out. I'm stressing Rare here, very Rare.
    For the rest of those women, if the man shares and she views what he says as a weakness, he becomes a lesser man in her eyes, even look down on him. If he shares his feelings or other vulnerabilities, even if they don't affect her at that moment, she will definitely weaponize them if the relationship starts to sour and you can be 100% sure she shares it all with her friends in the most negative light.
    If a man decides to open up by himself, that's his business. However encouraging a man to do so when he doesn't want to is a terrible disservice.

    I want to know where all these magical women are that don't think less of you for having emotions or continually tell you how those emotions are your fault for having done things wrong. It's no wonder we don't open up about things because we know what will come from it. Men are not as dumb as women think, we choose to not be open about things we know will be used abusively later. In today's dating world(mostly online to be fair) where the chads and gigachads receive 95% of the attention, you can't convince me that women want emotionally healthy, self-aware men. Maybe if they're a 6'3" CEO with a 6 pack, but the "normies" of the world don't even get a shot the vast majority of the time.

    Hey coach. 48yr old here. Just wanted to drop you a line. I've recently found your channel and been binge-studying. Been out of the game for 15 years. Threw my hat back in the ring. Took your "5 questions to ask your lover" lesson to heart. I got pretty bad rejection on a dating site today. Told my roommate about it. Told her about your 5-questions lesson. Ended up lovingly talking her out of the bath....took her to the bedroom to dry her off....and got her all wet again. Cheers, Coach. Really. Thanks.

      No. I can tell you from (quite recent) personal experience that ... not so much going to another man for help, but to really engage in the process of building meaningful and trusting relationships with other men will change _you._ It makes you less dependent, or _codependent,_ on the woman in your life, or the women you meet, and women sense that right away. And they approve, believe me.

I've met hundreds of women in my lifetime, and maybe three were into this stuff. When ever I've brought any of these kind of subjects up, all it does is kill the positive vibe for her and make her lose interest in me. Very sad that so many women think they have it all together, and don't have any issues. Hey, I got a great idea. You're a singer, how about ending each video with a cover song like I do. Yeah, don't just do the same things all the time. My wife and I were just in London for a couple of weeks. We weren't touring, though we saw some of the sights. We were there for a purpose that both of us are invested in. This year it was loosely related to the non-profit she runs, but I have a stake in another way. We've been to places like Venezuela, Mexico, and Ecuador together for this. But she's been to Uganda, Kenya, Israel, and the UAE without me for similar reasons. I've been to India, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Lebanon without her for similar reasons. You don't have to travel the world, but you need to be involved in something that means something.
    And don't do it just to get a girl to like you. Do it because it's healthy to your psychological, emotional, and physical well-being. If you do it just to get a girl to like you, she'll know and it won't work out.
    Just as an example of daily life, tomorrow over lunch, I'm moving a bus that's been converted to a mobile classroom to the county fair where she'll use it to work with kids who attend the fair as part of her non-profit. See, we're working together. I have the training and ability to drive the thing where it needs to go. She works her magic with the kids. (And we have two of our kids and one in-law who are on her staff. Life couldn't be better!)

So the conversation never gets to a discussion of, say, the process of healing. Those who are healed never discuss the process unless it’s broached first. So the healed sit there and let their date talk ad nauseum about their kids or favorite tv shows and I am perceived as boring.
