In a world of over-muscled and understated men Rupert Penry Jones brings back the charm..the elegance..the embodiment of the 'forgotten gentleman'. He has such compassion, love and passion
lurking in those beautiful eyes and smile that is present not only on screen but in his personal interviews. Loved him in Persuasion (2007) as well as Crown for Christmas. I would be delighted if he would make more of the period pieces (the romantic lead of course). He would make a terrific Mr. Darcy in Pride and Prejudice (with more passion and love added to his relationship with Elizabeth Bennett). Thank you Rupert for bringing gentlemen-ly class into my life.
