Yummmm! I made a Vegan Wellington for Thanksgiving using beyond meat patties. I flattened 4 patties into a sheet and topped with stuffing then rolled it *into a log. Set in the freezer for 30 minutes then I covered it in pastry dough. Soooo good! 🤗 Someone, please make this!😍

Awesome recipe! I just made it tonight and it tastes delicious...of course, don't forget to add your spices, people. It needed flavor, so I added 3 drops of sriracha, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Delicious flavor and texture.
Made this (with the walnuts, used soy milk on top of the pastry, and the Bob's Red Mill egg sub.), and the cinnamon sugar pastry bites, sooo delicious! Thanks
Sarah. I made this twice now. Omg. It's fabulous!!!! So easy and fast too. I couldn't find the pasty puff so the first one I made with phyllo dough. It was awesome. The next time I made it without ..just the loaf. It makes awesome sandwiches too. Thank you so much. I've also shared the recipe bedcause why not? Lol.

Hi Sarah..made a very similar loaf for thanksgiving and it was delicious. Actually, pretty much anything you wrap in puff pastry is,as far as I'm concerned! ! I added trader Joe's vacuum packed chestnuts instead of other nuts,and their texture was amazing in it. Going to raid their shelves tomorrow for more,before they disappear, as they're one of their seasonal items!
Haha yes exactly! Puff pastry makes everything so much more decadent. I have actually never tried chestnuts but now I will have to grab some from TJ's. :)
