Your hands are obviously tied. These are only “separate products” because they have a different name that you give them when sold to customers who won’t sign the Swarovski brand control agreement. But no. The crystals are not different. Swarovski and Serinity are the same. Not similar. The same. I almost died when I saw the package insert in my first order with Bluestreak: a model going like this 🤫 Obviously, you guys would tell us if you could, which you legally cannot. That’s super clear in the way you are allowed to respond. But omg, please let this change one day so all of you can spill the tea. I don’t care if it’s Serinity, Dreamtime Crystal, Primero…whatever. They are Swarovski Crystals, repackaged. Luckily, most of us have figured it out. Probably because comments like these get left up😉 I never mean to be rude when I leave these comments. But it’s Swarovski I’m pissed at. They are having their cake and eating it, too. Saying they *only* work with high end brands. Well. They made that announcement and then got a *massive* rush of business as everyone panicked and started hoarding. Then, they end up being sneaky and keeping ALL their previous customers. Either by a, having them sign a contract where they can still pay for the Swarovski product but not use the name of what it actually is (that’s insane), or b, have the customers who didn’t sign the agreement unknowingly buy the Swarovski Crystals but under a different, made-up brand name. It’s so impossibly sneaky and greedy. Anyway, we know what’s up. And we’ll just keep playing dumb. But it is infuriating. Trust.
The key point to take away, Bluestreak and other businesses are allowed to use Swarovski in their businesses, they just aren't allowed to market it under the brand Swarovski. So companies like Bluestreak hypothetically are allowed to sell Swarovski, as long as they are not branding it as Swarovski and instead branded as something else......... 😉
We certainly are allowed to sell Swarovski to approved customers and we sell finished Swarovski products such as jewellery and figurines that are available to all 👌
