Hwarang is an amazing drama. It's funny, charming, action pact and just beautiful. Tae's acting on there was so natural and it was just him being him. He is sooo damn good! I would love to see him act more. And yah Jin was a acting major so I am sure he can act. Oh and yes Jin will look like Jin jow when he is 50. He has the secret of youth. 😍
V IS an actor. He made his acting debut in the TV drama series Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth back in end 2016-early 2017, alongside some very established and famous SK actors/actresses. He currently is in high demand by directors (many has expressed interest to work with him, including Xavier Dolan!), but he chose to postpone a career in acting to focus on BTS.
I don't think he'll act again. He had a bad experience with hwarang and went into depression. He talks about how he held in how much he was suffering from the pressure and the criticism until finally he broken down to jimin and cried and jimin was really worried about him so told the other members and they got together to talk about it with him and told him they can't help him with the situation but they can support him and he said he realized that he shouldn't keep things inside and should talk about them. But yea, I think he got scarred over what happened and won't tread into acting again lightly.

Welcome to the insanity and confusion that is the Bangtan Universe. Each of the boys represents an issue that teens have to deal with, Suga is suicidal, JK is homeless, RM lives in poverty, V is dealing with abuse, Jimin is dealing with depression, J-Hope is dealing with drug addiction, and Jin has to watch his friends dealing with these issues, unable to really help them. Also, the girl is V's sister and the man was his father in the fictional universe and you both noticed the main point of the song, that they could laugh and have fun when they were together but the bad things in their lives overwhelmed them when they were separated. That's why the lyrics were really supposed to be, "I need you, friend."
I NEED YOU is Jin's favorite song among their songs as he said on their interviews. Jin is a acting major graduate and V was debuted as an actor and his first drama entitled "Hwarang" (you can watch it on Viu).
This was great!! I NEED U was one of the first songs that got me into BTS and I remember being so confused because I didn't know about the BU. Idk how much you guys have heard about the Bangtan Universe but most of their MV's are apart of it, and there are also short clips and highlight reels for it, there is a Webtoon, all of their albums come with notes for it, AND there is going to be a show soon! (Also they do have documentary movies, I watched both in theaters last year) But the BU is HEAVY! They go through a lot and it's a little complicated. Once you watch more MV's you should watch an explanation explaining the time line and what's happening in the BU and stuff. But besides the BU, you guys were right about how it can also mean it's important to have people you can lean on, good people you can surround yourself with. I don't really have any friends :') at least not any close friends, so that's why I hold BTS so close to my heart. They make me feel less alone and their music is what saved me. GVG! Love your brotherly bond as always 🤣💜 BTS messaging in their music has really evolved over the years as you can tell. I would say the darkest days for them were back in 2013 - 2016 where their lyrics often reflected on how one can easily fall into the dark side (not to say that they did, but more of because they went through tough times they can understand how one can fall into that kinda world) I think it is incredible how they created the whole BTS universe story.
This mv and the storyline basically is really realistic like how so many ppl hide their pain and life sometimes even from their closest friends and family but can get some relief from moments outside that reality. 🥺

The are 3 official BTS movies that played on movie theatres, including North America. They are documentaries from their world tours: Burn the Stage, Bring the Soul, and Break the Silence. They each also followed with episodes on Weverse. Also, the BTS Universe story is being turned into a K drama starring young actors in the role of the boys. And don’t forget that V starred in a K drama!
Btw, they have 7 documentaries and concert films. I went to the movie theater to see one of them and it was an amazing experience! I saw it three times. The whole audience was just so much fun! Dancing and singing; we had a ball!

If you want to follow the storyline from this video look for the Bangtan Universe (BU). It is a transmedia story that includes text notes from their albums, a webtoon, a game called " BUS Game" (Bangtan Universe Story Game), short clips that are not MVs from their songs and a lot of fan theories. The story isn't finished yet, it keeps growing with new content and clues they slowly add. Many MVs from the Bagntan Universe aren't closely related to the songs' lyrics, so keep that in mind for the future. But I do think this MV and the main message of the lyrics are related. RM initially wanted to use "friend" instead of "girl" in the "I need you GIRL" part, but it sounded better with "girl" instead of "friend". Also, keep in mind that not all MVs from BTS are part of this storyline called " Bangtan Universe". There's also a parallel storyline/exploration that is about the Self, and it's related to Carl's Jung theories about the "Map of the Soul" (hence the title of some of their albums) and in those songs and MVs they explore the concepts related to the Map of the Soul, like "Persona", " Shadow", "Ego", etc. There are also video introductions to both storylines, so you could look for them in order to understand them better. 😉 And, by the way, Jin studied acting and V acted in a Korean drama called " Hwarang". I'm so excited to see that you have found your way to the first video in the Bangtan Universe. It's an alternate universe where the boys have done other things. Like Tae killing his abusive father to save his sister for example. This then leads directly into Run (I have never been to a concert so I didn't know, but there is a short film between the two that was played a the concert). Welcome to the insanity and confusion that is the Bangtan Universe. Each of the boys represents an issue that teens have to deal with, Suga is suicidal, JK is homeless, RM lives in poverty, V is dealing with abuse, Jimin is dealing with depression, J-Hope is dealing with drug addiction, and Jin has to watch his friends dealing with these issues, unable to really help them. Also, the girl is V's sister and the man was his father in the fictional universe and you both noticed the main point of the song, that they could laugh and have fun when they were together but the bad things in their lives overwhelmed them when they were separated. That's why the lyrics were really supposed to be, "I need you, friend."

This was great!! I NEED U was one of the first songs that got me into BTS and I remember being so confused because I didn't know about the BU. Idk how much you guys have heard about the Bangtan Universe but most of their MV's are apart of it, and there are also short clips and highlight reels for it, there is a Webtoon, all of their albums come with notes for it, AND there is going to be a show soon! (Also they do have documentary movies, I watched both in theaters last year) But the BU is HEAVY! They go through a lot and it's a little complicated. Once you watch more MV's you should watch an explanation explaining the time line and what's happening in the BU and stuff. But besides the BU, you guys were right about how it can also mean it's important to have people you can lean on, good people you can surround yourself with. I don't really have any friends :') at least not any close friends, so that's why I hold BTS so close to my heart. They make me feel less alone and their music is what saved me. GVG! Love your brotherly bond as always 🤣💜 BTS messaging in their music has really evolved over the years as you can tell. I would say the darkest days for them were back in 2013 - 2016 where their lyrics often reflected on how one can easily fall into the dark side (not to say that they did, but more of because they went through tough times they can understand how one can fall into that kinda world) I think it is incredible how they created the whole BTS universe story.
All of bts are such good actors, they really are good at conveying the correct exact message. This song is so beautiful and memorable for bts💗

The are 3 official BTS movies that played on movie theatres, including North America. They are documentaries from their world tours: Burn the Stage, Bring the Soul, and Break the Silence. They each also followed with episodes on Weverse. Also, the BTS Universe story is being turned into a K drama starring young actors in the role of the boys. And don’t forget that V starred in a K drama!
Btw, they have 7 documentaries and concert films. I went to the movie theater to see one of them and it was an amazing experience! I saw it three times. The whole audience was just so much fun! Dancing and singing; we had a ball!

A FEW TIPS WITHOUT SPOILERS + list of all videos in order to watch: 1. Jin is pivotal character in the story line, 2. Pay attention to the paired members, it is very important, 3. Always watch the videos to the end, because in the end there can be important scenes that many don't see, 4. Pay attention to every detail because everything is important and everything means something, 5. The stories of the members individually run through the whole story line, so pay attention to what is happening to whom and what is the atmosphere around him, 6. If you read the lyrics, it mostly has nothing to do with the story line as it almost never has anything to do with the girl as in this case (RM wanted the lyrics to go: I need you friend, but it didn't sound nice so he put: I need you girl), 7. Watch the videos in order to better understand the story line, 8. The characters in the story line have members names but their life stories in the story line are not related to the real lives of the members ... the only connection is that they are happy when they are together. 9. There is also a Webtoon story "Save me" that will explain a lot to you + explanation videos.

Watching this reaction video just gave me nostalgia. I remembered how I was so intrigued by them after watching this MV by accident. I became a fan in 2016 and now they're GRAMMY-NOMINATED! Feels like I'm growing up with them💜 GVG!
If you want to follow the storyline from this video look for the Bangtan Universe (BU). It is a transmedia story that includes text notes from their albums, a webtoon, a game called " BUS Game" (Bangtan Universe Story Game), short clips that are not MVs from their songs and a lot of fan theories. The story isn't finished yet, it keeps growing with new content and clues they slowly add. Many MVs from the Bagntan Universe aren't closely related to the songs' lyrics, so keep that in mind for the future. But I do think this MV and the main message of the lyrics are related. RM initially wanted to use "friend" instead of "girl" in the "I need you GIRL" part, but it sounded better with "girl" instead of "friend". Also, keep in mind that not all MVs from BTS are part of this storyline called " Bangtan Universe". There's also a parallel storyline/exploration that is about the Self, and it's related to Carl's Jung theories about the "Map of the Soul" (hence the title of some of their albums) and in those songs and MVs they explore the concepts related to the Map of the Soul, like "Persona", " Shadow", "Ego", etc.
There are also video introductions to both storylines, so you could look for them in order to understand them better. 😉

I'm so excited to see that you have found your way to the first video in the Bangtan Universe. It's an alternate universe where the boys have done other things. Like Tae killing his abusive father to save his sister for example. This then leads directly into Run (I have never been to a concert so I didn't know, but there is a short film between the two that was played a the concert). Side note, you may notice them running, that scene was part of the We are Bulletproof: the eternal mv. To aid you going forward, I would recommend this article on the BTS Wiki site. It contains all of the mvs, shorts, teasers, books, posters etc. connected to the BU. I have been waiting for you to discover this so that you can form your own theories. There have been many ARMY videos created with just that content, and it's exciting once you get drawn in to see how your thoughts compare to others. I cried when watching some of the things that happened in the BU because they are just so sad. These guys have talent on talent on talent, and the layers of meaning, and creativity and interaction just astound me. I have not ever found this type of content with an artist in the West, or honestly anywhere else. So here's the link to the article. It's not Japanese. Technically, it's a Chinese character used in Chinese. used it in Korea a long time ago. Before making Hangul. Chinese characters spread in the order of China, Korea, and Japan. Japan borrowed it at the end and continues to use it in their own style.
