Have you re-geared the runner... it would probably get you the torque you need to pull those 33’s I believe stock gearing is 4.10 you should re-gear to 4.56 for those 33’s
Nice! I own a 2000 SR5 that's damn near mint condition inside and out. Right now it's getting tons of work done basically the entire front suspension system is being replaced and the frame is getting a new coat of paint underneath to help prevent rust.
I found one of these. Picked up a 2000 SR5 4x4. It just rolled 201,000 miles and runs great. I have 20” moto metal wheels with 33” Dee Stone Mudclawers for now. They stick out past the fender flares a bit, so it has a wide stance. I’d like a set-up more flush eventually. I only wish mine was manual, and a sunroof would be nice.

Nice rig. I've got a 98 5 speed with 270k that I picked up a month ago for 7k. (not terrible considering the market in Denver ATM). Came with a spacer lift just like you had. A little rough but it's gotten a lot of places so far. It's a matte black rattle can job on it I think. Interior is in great shape though thankfully. Everything else is still basically stock. Definitely got a big ol list of stuff I want to do already stacking up (trying not to add much weight though if I can help it). I feel ya on the no locker thing. Haven't had a problem till I got stuck in about a foot of plow bank up by Loveland pass today. Thankfully airing down and doing some digging got me out. Building a 4 way air up/down setup and pairing it with a Viair 300p was one of the first things I did. That setup is so great. Gets me from 15 to 30 in 10 minutes with the Wildpeak 265/70r17s that were on it when I bought it.
wow that makes mine seem like an amazing deal. I payed $1k for a 98 limited with 298k miles on it. I then payed another $1400 for a cracked brake line and a few other fixes, but it's now running well for only $2,400 total
