- Being moored up outside the Adelphi Silk Mill, I had to take a walk into the Beautiful village of Bollington. Join me on my walk, I'll show you the shops, churches, pubs and any other places I think is of interest.

I will hopefully have part 2 uploaded for tomorrow. This is a beautiful part of the world, but it seems the internet has missed it out. That short video took 5 hours and 20 minutes to upload.

Figured there was more to a village that once had such a huge mill in place back in history. We live about 5 miles from Stephen walters silk mill in Sudbury where the fabric for princess royal and princess Diana wedding dress fabric came from.

The Adelphi Mill in Bollington produced COTTON - not SILK.
I took the info from my old copy of the Nicholson guide and found out after it was wrong and both it and Clarence Mill were cotton
