Look what you have to go through just to change spark plugs this engine might be reliable but it's very problematic to work on sometimes you'd like to meet the engineer in a dark alley with a baseball bat I don't think I'm going to be interested in Crown Vic it's got a plastic intake manifold that leaks and spark plugs are known to pop out of their enclosure and you have to work on it cold to remove the plug otherwise you could strip out the threads what a bunch of crap
Lol. These plugs are a breeze to do. It's easier if you take the throttle body off, gives you much more room to work. Also the blow out issue is very easy to fix, simply torque to 25 ft/lbs rather than the factory spec of 13 ft/lbs. These cars can easily go 600,000 miles plus if you take care of them.
great video and clear explanation. Thank you.
if you don't have a compressor, just crank the engine a few times with the plugs out. the compression will blow loose junk out.
You just had to record vertically....
