i was rinsing in distilled water and storing like that afterwards. probably those drops of water damaged my devices 😢 at least I learned the proper way thank you
thanks. how long can I store it in KCL solution? 1week? month? a year? do you have a video for how to store TDS/PPM meter too? I heard you shall dry clean and dry them but I'm not sure.
What’s good bro, just got the Apera PC60 and in the instruction they say not to leave the meter on KCL solution for more than 24 hours. What should I do? Great video love it with the musicb
I have groline storage solution and i out enough to have the node under water right but within a day or two the liquid starts the turn to crystals and evaporating i have a 120ml bottle its alrdy basically gona after like two week maybe three why is this and thats gonna be sooooo expensive to keep it going per year their must be a different one or something please help
Nobody is gonna go threw this process to make sure ph is correct. Do they make a ph monitor that doest need this? Im sure they do. Do i need a ph to test my ph?? Just another way to spend more money thats not nesessary.
pH is arguably the most important factor in determining whether your plants can actually eat what you are giving them... Absolutely necessary for Hydroponics, as there is no internal buffer as there is with soil. No there isn't an "easier" way, other than having an inline meter that is constantly submerged into a recirculating nutrient line. This is literally how *all chemists* in *all industries* from Brewing, to Growing, to Ecology, to Manufacturing industries all store and use their equipment. Would you leave a nice Milwaukee Cordless Driver in a puddle of water when you were done using it? And as per the last sentence, Yes, everyone that is serious about their work/jobs, and product, goes through this process daily if not hourly. It's not hard, and it's not complicated, and it's what's required if you care about doing good work.
Thank you! I had no idea that you had to do that! You just saved me a bundle in PH meters. 😎

Smart man my man!!

you are very smart i need a ph meter to check my liquid fertilizer its very brown any ideas what meter would be best

Take the probe out of the KCL once a day and rinse it, which you should be doing anyways since you should be taking multiple daily readings.
@@unlearningifymultiple daily readings? Just how anal are you?
KCL solution???
Do you have to keep submerging it bro?
How long does the solution last. When should I use new solution.
once every other month is fine
Ph calibration solutions should be replaced at their best before date but storage solution, as long as it looks good is useful longer.

Literally stated at the end of the video... He has a link on how to create a 3 Molar KCL solution for storage
Thanks, my damn ph probes always die 😊
So can I leave my meter in KCL Solution at all time ?
that's also what I gathered from, this excellent walk-through.
I would drop the music from your background....it is annoying and detracts from what you're saying. But good info though.
I like the music and extra sound effects.
You must be fun at parties
Love the music and vibing to it while learning ❤ Music helps memory 😉
Why is it so complicated and disgusting 😓
How is this complicated or disgusting? Literally just rinsing a stick in 3 types of water?
