    Malcolm’s “The BBQ Rub” just recently became available at Walmart. Good stuff. It’s half price there compared to Amazon

    HOw do you like your Oklahoma Joes Bronco? I can't decide what to get between the Bronco Pro or the Hunsaker Vortex Drum Smoker.

      Honestly, I love it. It holds temps for hours on end, can easily be converted to a grill and when You're done with your cook you can close the vents to preserve charcoal. The hanging racks are also a game changer, fitting 9 slabs of ribs on something with such a small footprint is insane. If you can't tell I really like it 😂 hope this helps and thanks for watching!

      That Traeger pro 780 would be perfect for it. Glad to see we both got the same smoker!!

      I make them all the time, just never put it in a video. Great idea though! How are you liking the 780?

      I’ve had it for a year and it’s awesome. Easy to fiddle with. Added the front tray attachment to it and also added the pellet sensor in the hopper which is pretty handy.
      I rarely use the regular grill if at all anymore. My fiancé always says I smell like wood smoke lol 😂

      😂 That's awesome! I've been looking at the pellet sensor, it would definitely give me peace of mind on the overnight cooks.

    Why do you pull at 180 instead of 165?

    • @eikenbbq9023
      @eikenbbq9023  3 года назад +2

      Preference, I like the meat to have a little more bite.
