It's refreshing to see something out of the manga RUclips scene other than manga hauls- keep up the good work! My addition to this list would be As Miss Beelzebub Likes!
One of my biggest comfort reads is quintessential quintuplets though one series I find my self coming back to constantly is ancient magus bride (which reminds me I need to finish reading the volumes before 15 lands at my door)
My comfort series would have to be Hajime no Ippo something about the balance the series has between its intense sports and then shifting nicely into slice of life moments really showing you that all the characters in the series outside the sport of boxing are normal people with everyday issues something about that is just beautiful ❤😁
My number one comfort series is Aria. Absolutely beautiful art with stories centred around living a positive life. The Masterpiece editions are a joy to own and read, I hope the creators other work gets translated one day
OMG I got your joke about the peak coziness!! When you said the joke I immediately thought of Laid Back camp and I was so surprised when you said it!! Great video as well!!!
I think my comfort series is Komi Can’t Communicate. When reading it, I just found myself feeling really cozy. Especially when there was a camping arc. It just gives off that warm wholesome vibe if that makes any sense.
Oh I have heard about natsume's book of friends. I heard it's like mushishi and mushishi is a series I adore. Though never got the push to read it, guess I will be readin it soon. Thanks boogie
Hakumei and Mikochi is my favorite cozy manga series. Just all around good vibes, and the background art is incredible. Wish I heard more people talk about it.
My comfort series would have to be Our Dreams as Dusk. It's less cozy so much as grounding, but I like it anyways and I always go back to it when I don't know what to read.
If you ever lose them rings I don't know what will happen to us. Love love loooove the vibes. Its perfect with the weather. Great Manga recommendations! I'm familiar with many of them. Literally obsessed with your videos!! 🧡✨ keep them coming!
the comfiest series: Aria they just rereleased it as aria the masterpiece but it's already out of print but you can preorder a special printing online that'll be out in may (thats how im getting a few of the volumes) there is also an anime, which is on crunchyroll, it's quite old since it's in fulscreen format with the crunchy yellow subtitles BUT still good, but the artwork in the manga is definitely better! aslo it's nice in that it doesn't take place in high school, in fact the setting is kinda out there being on mars in the future in a replica of venice... BUT it does make for some interesting explorations by the main trio. most of the episodes end on a note of enjoying the small details of life and finding contentment in your life. very cozy tho.
My biggest comfort is for sure wotakoi I just love it and I always laugh no matter how many times I reread it and witch hat atelier I enjoy the art and story line
Boogie, my guy, I watched a video about Yokohama Shopping Log months ago I got through the first episode and loved it. Yet NOBODY talks about it. I can not tell you how happy it makes me that someone else brought it up.
YKK is hand's down one of the best manga I've ever read. It's a cozy end of the world story. I don't even know another way to put it. Alpha is also one of my favorite characters from anime and manga. Can't recommend it enough. Also so glad to see Natsume on this list. Those two, Mushishi, and most Ghibli movies are my comfort series.
My comfort manga/Anime has to be Kakuriyo Bed and Breakfast for Spirits. Such a good series. Can't wait for the 8th volume and Season 2 to be released in the UK
So glad you mentioned Natsume's Book of Friends! Both the anime and manga are comfort watches/reads for me! I watched the anime first (and it's my favorite anime ever) and so I was scared the manga wouldn't have as strong of an effect on me, but the manga is really good, and it has even gotten better in the more recent volumes! I'm really excited to see how the story progresses!
Great video Boogie. Days on Fes is amazing! I started reading it when it came out I didn't know anything but the synopsis but I enjoyed it immediately. It interested me because it was about going back or to festivals (and let that be something we've had to miss for a long time), music, the coziness of a coffee bar,...
Thank you for the recommendations Boogie 😊 I'd never heard of Days of Fes before but I love music and going to gigs so now I definitely wanna check it out
Okay, first, love seeing the love for Yuru Camp. They really got the vibe of Yamanashi perfect with that one. All the scenery is dead on for accuracy. Also, wanted to throw up a couple other cozy recommends! Beaty and the Feast is out now, in English, with one volume. Cute food manga about a young widow feeding the high school boy next door; it's extremely wholesome. Second, and this title is a mouth full, is: "Hokuo Kizoku top Moukinzuma no Yukiguni Karigurashi" (The Snow Country Hunting Life of the Northern Nobleman and the Raptor Wife) - this one is extremely cozy, nay, i'd say this is maximum the cozy. It doesn't have an official release in English for either the manga or LN, but maybe, hopefully, we'll see one someday soon. But anyway, loved the vid!
Qotd: Yokohama kaidashi kikou is my comfort series I regularly come back to. It's so calming and I just love the art. There isn't really a lot of story going on, it's mostly just vibes
Love this sort of recommendation video! For me, The Ancient Magus Bride is my comfort series. Love Chise, love the world. Laid-Back Camp is the next series I’m planning on reading.
Sweet! Personally, I just ordered all of “Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro”, and most of the volumes of “Rent-A-Girlfriend”, so I’m definitely gonna be binging those when they show up. Nagatoro is probably one of the most messed up, yet most entertaining series out there. Rent-A-Girlfriend is just so adorable and relatable. Kazuya reminds me of myself a few years ago, that sleaze-ball, lol.
For me, my comfort series is without a doubt, Konosuba. Not really the manga but the anime/LN. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out Light Novels.
My Dress-Up Darling is my personal cozy series, the best romcom out there, nice artstyle and its based around, sometimes a bit sexy, cosplaying. Its just super sweet
I was on the fence with days on fes but now I’m gonna get it and relive out my younger years. Have you read my Senpai is annoying I do believe that one is a nice cozy book that I’ve picked up. I have only read book one but I assume the rest will be cozy as well
I don't know if this might be wierd of not, but Haikyu is my personal cozy series. It's just something I can go back to again and again and it always welcomes me with open arms.
My comfort manga series is My love mix up. It’s one of the things that helped me be more comfortable with my same-sex attraction (I’m a sapphic woman) and I can’t help but think back to it. Another one is chibi vampire and miss kobayashi’s dragon maid (Both the anime and the Kanna’s spin off manga)
Without a doubt, Wotakoi is my favorite comfort series. It is literally dating wish fulfillment for Otakus. It can be funny and really adorable in my option. I really want to read Yokohama: Shopping Log. I watched the OVA; it was super calming and beautiful. Unfortunately, it is my understanding that there is not English translation. I will maybe try to get the French translation. It is about an android living in an post-apocalyptical world, but the world is ending peacefully. Edit: Boogie Just mentioned this as I finished writing this. Happy October everyone! Peace, Sir Wonky
Being hip deep in your enemies entrails/dismembered still warm body parts is cozy. Like being inside your favorite Taun Taun on a freezing night …Han Solo style.

Days on Fes was a random pick up for me a few months ago and I’ve enjoyed the three volumes out so far :)
So glad you mentioned Natsume's Book of Friends! Both the anime and manga are comfort watches/reads for me! Now I need to pick up Laid Back Camp AND High Score Girl! Day on Fes is definitely cozy!! I’m so happy to see more people picking it up!!
Might not be my style but the way you spoke about a couple of these, I may just have to branch out. Thanks for this content.
Great video Boogie. Days on Fes is amazing! I started reading it when it came out I didn't know anything but the synopsis but I enjoyed it immediately.
