I just bought the first volume of zom 100 and my fiancé didn’t like it and I haven’t read it yet and probably won’t read it based on what she said about it but if I get the newest volume then that’ll force me to get the second and third volume and then might have to actually check it out haha love the content and definitely gonna check out some of your recommendations!

I think one of a my dream series to have in my collection would be the Tokyo Pop original release for Fruits Basket in a very good condition. I really like that translation more than the newer editions. QOTD: i haven't gotten any manga this month since im kinda saving money for university tuition fees but when I'm in the mood to get some manga hauls i usually spend 200zł or more (which is around 50$ for you guys) since manga here is cheap here in Poland with 5$ a volume that are retail price. Been collecting for 4 years and i sit around 200+ volumes. Great haul and hope to see another video of yours soon ❤️

I LOVE ZOM 100 just finished volume three and it’s so damn funny but more importantly it’s the anti-venom for the way too long Walking Dead zombie fad. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to read my four Walking Dead omnibus because it’s just so over exposed and over played . Holy grail manga series : Osamu Tezuka’s Black Jack all seventeen volumes with NO EX LIBRARY copies !!!!
When you think about collecting a series that's harden to find, how do you find yourself collecting the volumes? Single by Single or do you buy in bulk off others?
if a series was especially hard to find the best approach is to buy every volume you find. for example if you suddenly just happen upon a random volume in a store, buy it because you might not find it again for a long time.
Zom 100 seems like a pretty interesting take on the zombie genre! Which is saying something, because zombie stories are pretty well played out. As far as cozy anime goes, you CANNOT beat Laidback Camp!

I'm currently collecting Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Monthly Girl's Nozaki-kun (highly recommend if you love comedy romance), and Witch Hat Atelier (another one I highly recommend if you love fantasy). Since I'm a college student working a crappy part-time job, my max budget for hauls is around $60-$80.

Picked up Knights of Sidonia and Blade of the Immortal this week. My average is about $300.00. Buying more, less often, has kept me from impulse buying and consider how I want to spend the money. This keeps me from impulse spending an allotted amount for the sake of it, and makes the purchase something nice I've worked for.

Love a good food manga! I've been interested in restaurant to another world for a while. I'll put it on the list. Some people don't like the Shaman King spines but I think they look nice on your shelf. They stand out way more than the original singles. Nice haul dude!
As someone with all the HxH volumes, this is just one of those series where I prefer the anime adaptation. The manga is good, but the art is inconsistent and you're sometimes inundated with a wall of expository text. But, as others have pointed out, there's a really awesome fight that wasn't animated and I'd highly recommend you read it in some form (vol. 34 if you're reading physically, chapter 351 onwards if you're digital)
When I was young there were two series coming out that I really wanted. Last year I finally collected all of Madison Ikkoku, and the next one on my list is also GTO

About the manga shopping budget, mine is usually 25-30 dollars, it's not a lot, but I'm sticking to it cause I don't wanna spend a lot when having a bunch of unread titles. I don't have zom 100 in my collection yet cause it's been out of stock in my local bookstores for quite some time, but having the third volume will definitely make me search more for the rest of the series. Love your content and I hope you'll reach the 10k shortly :)
Satoshi Kon’s Opus is one of my favorite in my collection, I think the story in the manga as well as the story behind the final chapter is amazing. Very excited to see you pick it up
I usually read the series online and if I want it physical, I'll just go out and grab it. I currently grabbed 1-10 of Citrus and the first 3 of Citrus+, preordered the newer volumes of Rent-a-Girlfriend & Shikimori is Not Just Cute, and found a set of Saikano. My usual haul when I buy will be somewhere between 100-250 depending on what I want to grab at the moment.

Nice haul! So many great manga out there… I’d tend to prefer light novels when they’re the source material, though the only ones I have are the first seven DanMachi books (which I found in print edition for cheap in a thrift store), the No Game No Life and the Accel World series, as well as the Record of Lodoss War novel. :)
I suggest you read “blame!”. It’s anime isn’t good but it is such a well written manga. There can be chapters without dialogue at all. It’s built on its world building.
I'm currently trying to finish Kids on the Slope and Tokyo Babylon. Slowly buying volumes here and there since I'm a college student and can't go looking for a job rn. Horimiya might be a slice of life romance series, but it's a Shonen! I think it's part of the reason why so many people who aren't really into shoujo or that aren't really inclined to try works labeled as such find it really good ^^
My typical monthly manga haul is about €220 (around $250) - I usually do it in two large parts, depending on when stuff is published. Thankfully, I can save some money on English manga, since they don't have fixed prices, but I always have to pay retail for the German volumes, fixed book prices are a curse, but also a blessing for small businesses, and I would really miss my comic books store.
My favorite cozy anime to watch is By the Grace of the Gods. It is a fun wholesome anime and I recommend it. Also I would like the zom 100 volume because I have wanted to start collecting it.

I've never really had a manga haul. I live in Vietnam where manga are super affordable and released frequently so I just buy directly at the store whenever there are new volumes.
Nichijou is awesome! It’s so funny and so well drawn. If you like absurd kind of comedy it’s a great time, I love that kind of weird stuff so I picked up everything the author’s done. If you enjoy it, I would highly recommend CITY too. So great.
I've absolutely been loving zom100 and plan to order volume 4 soon. As for things I've been able to pick up recently. I managed to get ahold of all the neon genesis evangelion 3-in-1, and I've managed to find most of fire punch(finding anything fujimoto is difficult recently). I've recently started reading one piece on the jump website, and I'm gonna try to start collecting it soon. Most of it seems to be fairly avaliable the only one that seems hard to find right now is volume 4.

im currently collecting a bunch of series (around 15 ongoing).I don't have a monthly set or budget when I buy manga. I usually buy manga 4or 5 times a year and catch up to date with all the series i am collecting.
I don't have a lot of series that are considered rare. But one I do have is the complete 10 volumes of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, which is a very interesting and good manga if you havent heard about it/ read it. I've also been slowly collecting Battle Royale even though I know the translation is apparently cheeks.

Been waiting to share this for a while. I stopped reading Quintessential quintuplets after volume 13. I remember it vividly. Got to the last page and saw who Fuutarou picked and was so mad that the girl I wanted to win out didn't. Mind you this was the very first harem-style manga I've ever read and I don't know how people do it especially when their favorite girl loses.

I honestly can’t remember what I have been hauling recently but I just placed an order so I can catch up to Twin Star Exorcists and Nagatoro (enjoying both of them quite a bit) my budget before this month was between 75-90 dollars but now it’s 40-50 dollars as I am trying to save money to get Tokyo Ghoul manga box sets as for why I want Zom 100? I love the walking dead style series so what you said kind of sold me on it ofc I’d need to get volume 1 and 2 but that’s fine!
Great haul! I recently read, I Had That Same Dream Again, and bawled my eyes out. So I decided to quickly grab the author's previous work, I Want To Eat Your Pancreas. I've also recently decided to pick up the light novels for Ascendance of a Bookworm. The anime is pretty cozy and wholesome, so I just wanted more content lol.

I am fairly new at collecting manga, but so far I am happy with what I have. The series I go to for just a good and happy feeling is Gal Gohan. It is a really fun read and I am actively waiting for vol. 9 to release.

great video as always boogie! btw Horimiya is a shonen, not shojo or josei. i usually prefer shonen romance myself, like horimiya, your lie in april etc. so if you or anyone else out there is looking for more series like those (i know you mentioned that, for people trying to get into the genre), try looking for shonen romance specifically.
I think my transition in the whole Otaku culture is Anime to Manga to both Visual Novel and Light Novels. I still watch anime and read manga but I came to enjoy their novel formats. I'm reading Classroom of the Elite and playing Umineko No Naku Koro ni. Hope you're doing well!

My latest order had some volumes of Monster, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, plus my preordered copy of Fist of the North Star vol 2. And I'm excited for the newest volume of Wotakoi to come in! You bet I preorderd that one!

Hey Boogie! I'm currently reading The Way of the Househusband and I'm absolutely loving it, definitely recommend it to anyone. About the manga shopping budget, mine is usually 25-30 dollars, it's not a lot, but I'm sticking to it cause I don't wanna spend a lot when having a bunch of unread titles. I don't have zom 100 in my collection yet cause it's been out of stock in my local bookstores for quite some time, but having the third volume will definitely make me search more for the rest of the series. Love your content and I hope you'll reach the 10k shortly :)
Satoshi Kon’s Opus is one of my favorite in my collection, I think the story in the manga as well as the story behind the final chapter is amazing. Very excited to see you pick it up
Zom 100 probably the first manga you've grabbed that I haven't heard of, that looks super interesting. Will check it out.
I usually read the series online and if I want it physical, I'll just go out and grab it. I currently grabbed 1-10 of Citrus and the first 3 of Citrus+, preordered the newer volumes of Rent-a-Girlfriend & Shikimori is Not Just Cute, and found a set of Saikano. My usual haul when I buy will be somewhere between 100-250 depending on what I want to grab at the moment.

I've just recently picked up and read volume 14 of Beastars and lovesickness by Junji Ito. Both were a really enjoyable read to me. ^_^
Nice haul! So many great manga out there… I’d tend to prefer light novels when they’re the source material, though the only ones I have are the first seven DanMachi books (which I found in print edition for cheap in a thrift store), the No Game No Life and the Accel World series, as well as the Record of Lodoss War novel. :)
I hope to win the Zom 100 volume, especially since as I just got the 2nd volume and I’m really enjoying the series so far

I suggest you read “blame!”. It’s anime isn’t good but it is such a well written manga. There can be chapters without dialogue at all. It’s built on its world building.

I'm currently trying to finish Kids on the Slope and Tokyo Babylon. Slowly buying volumes here and there since I'm a college student and can't go looking for a job rn. Horimiya might be a slice of life romance series, but it's a Shonen! I think it's part of the reason why so many people who aren't really into shoujo or that aren't really inclined to try works labeled as such find it really good ^^
My typical monthly manga haul is about €220 (around $250) - I usually do it in two large parts, depending on when stuff is published. Thankfully, I can save some money on English manga, since they don't have fixed prices, but I always have to pay retail for the German volumes, fixed book prices are a curse, but also a blessing for small businesses, and I would really miss my comic books store.
My favorite cozy anime to watch is By the Grace of the Gods. It is a fun wholesome anime and I recommend it. Also I would like the zom 100 volume because I have wanted to start collecting it.

I've never really had a manga haul. I live in Vietnam where manga are super affordable and released frequently so I just buy directly at the store whenever there are new volumes.
Nichijou is awesome! It’s so funny and so well drawn. If you like absurd kind of comedy it’s a great time, I love that kind of weird stuff so I picked up everything the author’s done. If you enjoy it, I would highly recommend CITY too. So great.
I've absolutely been loving zom100 and plan to order volume 4 soon. As for things I've been able to pick up recently. I managed to get ahold of all the neon genesis evangelion 3-in-1, and I've managed to find most of fire punch(finding anything fujimoto is difficult recently). I've recently started reading one piece on the jump website, and I'm gonna try to start collecting it soon. Most of it seems to be fairly avaliable the only one that seems hard to find right now is volume 4.

im currently collecting a bunch of series (around 15 ongoing).I don't have a monthly set or budget when I buy manga. I usually buy manga 4or 5 times a year and catch up to date with all the series i am collecting.

I don't have a lot of series that are considered rare. But one I do have is the complete 10 volumes of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, which is a very interesting and good manga if you havent heard about it/ read it. I've also been slowly collecting Battle Royale even though I know the translation is apparently cheeks.

I stopped reading Quintessential quintuplets after volume 13. I remember it vividly. Got to the last page and saw who Fuutarou picked and was so mad that the girl I wanted to win out didn't.
Mind you this was the very first harem-style manga I've ever read and I don't know how people do it especially when their favorite girl loses.

I honestly can’t remember what I have been hauling recently but I just placed an order so I can catch up to Twin Star Exorcists and Nagatoro (enjoying both of them quite a bit) my budget before this month was between 75-90 dollars but now it’s 40-50 dollars as I am trying to save money to get Tokyo Ghoul manga box sets as for why I want Zom 100? I love the walking dead style series so what you said kind of sold me on it ofc I’d need to get volume 1 and 2 but that’s fine!
Great haul! I recently read, I Had That Same Dream Again, and bawled my eyes out. So I decided to quickly grab the author's previous work, I Want To Eat Your Pancreas. I've also recently decided to pick up the light novels for Ascendance of a Bookworm. The anime is pretty cozy and wholesome, so I just wanted more content lol.

I am fairly new at collecting manga, but so far I am happy with what I have. The series I go to for just a good and happy feeling is Gal Gohan. It is a really fun read and I am actively waiting for vol. 9 to release.

My manga budget is $150, I could spend more but I think the amount I set myself is just right for me. Not too little, not to much. I don't buy manga every month, I'm trying to save right now and I read my manga very slowly. If I buy monthly, I get overwhelmed with how much I have to read. I don't buy more, until I'm done with my previous order.

great video as always boogie! btw Horimiya is a shonen, not shojo or josei. i usually prefer shonen romance myself, like horimiya, your lie in april etc. so if you or anyone else out there is looking for more series like those (i know you mentioned that, for people trying to get into the genre), try looking for shonen romance specifically.
I think my transition in the whole Otaku culture is Anime to Manga to both Visual Novel and Light Novels. I still watch anime and read manga but I came to enjoy their novel formats. I'm reading Classroom of the Elite and playing Umineko No Naku Koro ni. Hope you're doing well!
