Removing Rear Fender on my 2009 Rocker C (FXCWC)

The goal is to access the ECM and replace it with a Thundermax 309-460. I though that only removing the fender would have gave me access to the ECM, but no :|
I will be doing another video in about a week or two on how to remove the rear wheel and access the ECM.
