Hi do you do anything to the suspension when you fit one of these mudguards?
Looks good and all but the problem with Thunderbike is the rear fender rides too high. The easiest way to close the gap between the fender and tire is to lower the rear end. You have a few options, from inexpensive Softail lowering bolts that will lower it 1 or 2 inches, but ride like crap, to $1500 + air-ride system like a Legend Suspensions air-ride.

What kind of seat is that? Ive been looking at the Thunderbike site at the 260 fender for the Breakout, but cant seem to find a seat fitting with the oem gastank aswell.

+aftrunx Der Fender ist am Rahmen montiert. Niedrige Abstände schafft man mit Air-Ride oder Tieferlegung.

best I have ever seen....could you please give an American the complete final cost for me to buy everything in the video from Thunderbike except the 260 tire and ship it to American east coast for a 2016 cvo breakout? everything, the air suspension, fender, seat, etc....thank you very much, your products are unlike anything available here in the states.

+Kimiko San you´ll get the tire in almost every country in the world. Google for Metzeler ME880 and the size.
Seen better, where the brake light goes across the whole fender and only on the edges is there the indicators.
Where can you purchase one of them guards?
No options for an 04 Deuce on the website? That I could find anyway.
Probably too late answer 4 you, but you can use this shop.thunderbike.de/en/Thunderbike-Parts/Moldings/Rearfender/Rear-Fender-Steel-18.html but you have to make a custom seat from scratch, because we dont have a base seat plate for Deuce. Length should be like FXCW/C but width won´t fit here.

Our steel fenders for FXBR/FLFB work here, but need a different lowering. The frame itself is the same.
