I am with Blessing. I am a big Mission Impossible 3 fan. Also if I remember correctly MI:3 did not contain any scenes of Ethan stealing the rabbit's foot. There is a scene where they plan and then it cuts to him jumping out of the building. This could be like the scene from inside the "heist".
@6:00 it’s already confirmed that the cia analyst from the first movie is coming back. Chris McQuarrie posted a photo of him in a cabin (presumably a snowy cabin) during filming so yeah not a hot take I’m afraid
Once you get over the fact that it's not Fallout, which is probably the best part 6 of any franchise that has reached that milestone, it is pretty good. Everyone acts in line with how we expect, there are some cool returning favorites, and it really seems like the good guys could really lose. And the big jump was the headline grabber before it came out, but the ending train sequence is far more entertaining to me than a lot of other stunts in many of the movies.
I Glad That Tom Is Giving Us One Final Run As Ethan Hunt🔥🔥He’s The GOAT🔥🔥I Wouldn’t Be Surprised After This He Make Announcement That He Coming Back For More.Awesome Reaction.
NOTICE ⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️ , THERE ARE NO MORE REBECCA FERGUSON'S ILSA FAUST CHARACTER THAT WE ALL LOVED IN THIS UPCOMING FILM ‼️ SHE ALLREADY DEAD AND BECOMING A CORPSE ☠️☠️☠️💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
First off, you guys totally are on target with: "Fallout" is the BEST action movie EVER; "Dead Reckoning, pt. 1" is my least fav of the entire franchise (yes, I liked #2 better); and, I will never forgive Cruise/McQuarrie for HOW they treated Rebecca/Ilsa's departure--BRING her back, dammit! Now, to the Teaser. Very exciting...again, nobody alive today does action better than Cruise/McQuarrie. And, yes, "Final Reckoning" should have been part of the "Dead Reckoning" movie. My guess is the strikes/production halts had something to do with the decision to break the movie into two-parts: to make back the money the crew was paid during the strike? Whatever, it's a really bad idea; because for the first time, Cruise can be accused of "milking" a movie for profits. Storywise, the AI thing is a hole they've dug themselves into, because it's been done so many times, going back to, at least, Kubrick's "2001." I like your idea, that Esai Morales gives a "face" to the villain that AI represents--but, honestly, he's not threatening enough for me. An actor the size of Alan Ritchson or (of course) Jason Momoa is what's needed--though Ritchson & Momoa already played the part in the "Fast" franchise. Going forward, I've been posting everywhere, I hope they make more Mission Impossible films, with Ethan/Cruise taking on the role of the Director of the IMF. At the beginning of each subsequent film, as a call-back to the original tv series, Cruise will select a mission team by looking through a book of resumes/skills, or video clips. Each film will have a different cast--though some may appear in more than one movie. It will be a chance for a lot of different actors/actresses to appear in a top-notch action film; as only Cruise/McQuarrie can make. And, Cruise can be in as many scenes as he wants, and makes sense for the story. Hollywood: are you listening?
Mission Impossible 2 is WAY worse than Dead Reckoning for just the slow motion scarf catch alone. That said, I do agree with you about one thing: I hated Isla's ending in the movie. I heard Rebecca was doing some other things, so she couldn't be on the movie for as long (I think she was filming Silo and Dune really close to this), but they still didn't need to kill her off. Incapacitate her, sure, to justify her not being in the movie a whole lot, but kill? Nah.
Man can you imagine if that CIA guy from the first movie is revealed to be the major villain all because Ethan screwed him into his villain arc. 😂

Dead Reckoning was good and so much more fun on a second go around.

Smart of them to ditch the "Part 2" in the title
These movies are just so damn good
I'm convinced Tom Cruise could beat all of us in a foot race at any given day, no matter how much conditioning and training we go through.
I specifically came to this trailer reaction to here what Nick had to say about Tom Cruise running a lot 😂

The guy he kicks in the face at 1:33 looks like Nick

@@jean-lucpicard2914 Great points about all the films.
This movie is gonna be a total banger, end of an era tho so it’s gonna be kinda bittersweet
