In the first movement, I really like the interaction between timpani and trumpet, which seems to be Johann Baptist Wanhal, following the introductory part. In the second movement, the oboe solo is accompanied by the string pizzicato, and I think it is beautiful and refreshing music. The third movement is also a flow of tunes peculiar to Jan n Baptist Wanhal, and for me who loves Wanhal, the usage of timpani and trumpet makes me happy to hear.

Johann Baptist Vaňhal produces "optimal sound" here, unlike A.Mozart where you have "too many notes"! It's the same on other musical fronts. Here, for example, opera.
