Beautiful music is the only possibility not to think about this horrible times. My dearest Yulia you succeed wonderfully every time and for that reason alone, you deserve a quick peace. I hope and think that will come! I enjoyed this sinfonia especially the Adagio molto.

Thank you, dear Pieter, I'm glad you liked the music.
Anxiety floats in the air, in a few days everything seems to have changed, anywhere in Europe, not only in my country. We are helping Ukrainians crossing the border, many of whom want to reach other European countries.
We all pray for peace everywhere, we want to feel safe again.

In the first movement, I really like the interaction between timpani and trumpet, which seems to be Johann Baptist Wanhal, following the introductory part.
In the second movement, the oboe solo is accompanied by the string pizzicato, and I think it is beautiful and refreshing music.
The third movement is also a flow of tunes peculiar to Jan n Baptist Wanhal, and for me who loves Wanhal, the usage of timpani and trumpet makes me happy to hear.

Excellent perform, thanks for this post! If it was Mozart, millions of them would hear it instantly. The forgotten Johann Baptist Vaňhal. Johann Baptist Vaňhal produces "optimal sound" here, unlike A.Mozart where you have "too many notes"! It's the same on other musical fronts. Here, for example, opera. Siler - Soler: Una cosa rara (1786); Soler: "Il burbero di buon cuore" (1786); Soler: "L'arbore di Diana" (1787). In order to perpetuate the myth of Mozart, Soler should be banished from music history. With Soler you have the "optimal" number of notes; with A. Mozart you always have "too many notes". The representatives of music turned a deaf ear when Mozart said "Bravo - Una cosa rara" in "Don Giovanni"; they should have explained to us, presented, why Mozart said that. Instead, they forgot Soler's operas.
