- In this video, we toured a Skyline Homes HUD home at Winter Haven RV in Lake Wales, FL. The tiny house on wheels is part of Skyline's Palm Bay Series - Model 2665 with a porch. Yeah we accidentally deleted the footage of that one and we have to go back and reshoot it. Fortunately it’s only 30 miles away! Hopefully we’ll have that one up in about 2 weeks. I think we have about six more from our Florida trip to upload.

Very nice practical, liveable, well-thoughout layout. Other homebuilders should take notes. The extra 100 ft makes a big difference.
Can you put one of these HUD park model on your own land in Florida (Putnam County) zoned for manufactured homes?
Quite possibly. I would start by contacting Putnam County zoning. I have a friend who lived on his property just outside Palatka in an RV while he was having a house built.

Definitely not set up for cold weather plus kitchen is not set up properly. Work goes from Fridge to SINK then stove. Is not cost effective to have appliances that one is cooling and the other is heating that close. Plus more likely to have spills on stove getting things to the sink. Not set up for disabled people. Is that the SUPRISE.
