Glad you liked it, the solo in the Tears of Far Beyond segment was a fun one to record and the craziest part is that once I had everything recorded, that last solo was the very last thing I did and turns out many people liked it. Glad I could end the song on a high note with that one. Yeah, those gloves have been with me in quite a few videos, and it must be a coincidence because it's usually in the Halloween covers like this one. You're so creative Blue, the typing was perfect haha, although there's Steel type and not Metal, but it still works somehow haha you made me laugh with that one. Even though it's a haunting song, I felt the melodies had some melancholy to them, so I just naturally gravitated towards that, especially in the ending solo where I wanted to convey the releasing of the dead Pokémon souls. Perfect choice for Halloween, the song with the urban legends is a great source of scares for younger generations who grew up with the game, and it is a great song. I found there's a tiny kernel of truth to "Lavender Town Syndrome", that some kids got a headache from the Red and Green version, much more mundane than the scary myth we all heard. And the tones are only able to be heard by younger ears clearly, but a much wider age range than reported, the lowest tone is 8kHZ, heard by all ages, the second is 11kHZ, heard by those under the age of 80, and the third is 14kHZ, heard only by those under the age of 45 on average (although it is averages, I can hear all three sets of tones clear as a whistle). I remember my nephews and nieces (now ages 27-42) were all super into Pokémon and I was at first like "this is silly" then gave it a chance and was like "hey, these kids are onto something, this is cool".
Oh yeah I heard of that Lavender Town Syndrome. Some people that have remixed even tried to simulate those notes into their songs. I tried to keep it more hard rock so didn't bother trying to make it THAT creepy haha but glad you enjoyed this song (the original and my cover). 20 seconds in and it is so cool how u showed some gameplay too, I played pokemon gens 1-4 as a kid and still got the passion for the series! I tried to make some beats on fruity loops and what I want to do is a lofi remix of some pokemon gen 1 song. Oh yea and subbed.

Que bueno verte por aqui Gerardo. Los juegos de Pokemon del GameBoy fueron lo maximo, especialmente porque estaban en consolas portatiles y uno podia traer su juego y avanzar desde donde quiera. Y claro, no hay nada como los juegos originales Red, Blue y Yellow. Pero al menos tuviste experiencia en Pokemon Stadium.
