Very very good and honest review, pretty much covered everything.. i have been suffering a lot of break outs and acne lately by using Estée Lauder
Thank you so much! Estee Lauder has a history of sometimes using ingredients that aren't always best for skin, like alcohol and Fragrance. I'm also frequently noticing products that are labelled as comedgenic even though they contain many potebtially pore clogging ingredients. If you haven't I highly recommend the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum, great for all skin types.
I just started using the FAB serum. I see the best results when I use it on slightly wet skin. I was initially underwhelmed, but now I really like it. Definitely very soothing for my dry combo skin. It also pairs nice with pretty much anything. I'd recommend going on FAB's website and buying it in one of their kits.. The one I bought was $38 and you get the full size serum, full size glycolic acid pads(called something else), and a travel size coconut water cream.
I love those kits that Fab sells, you're right because then you get a really good deal on the serum plus several other products to use. I felt the way you did the first few times I used the serum, I actually put it away for a month or two and tried it again and ended up loving it. I like to use it immediately after my toner when my face is still damp. And you're right about layering it, works well with everything! 😍😍😘😘

I love the First Aid Beauty serum so I’m glad you agree. I have dry skin so I layer it. I can’t use rich eye creams as they always make their way into my eyes and this works very well layered under a lighter eye cream as well to give me the hydration I need for my dry under-eyes!
I've had that problem with almost every eye cream I've used, but now that you've mentioned it tonight I'm just going to use the FAB serum. 😁😀

I just bought 3 more bottles of Estée Lauder Night serum after finishing my first (took advantage of Black Friday). I have oily combination skin and constantly get zits, but after using this night serum.. my skin looks amazing. I hardly break out now and my pores were significantly minimized. I use it at night and in the morning under my makeup.
Gotta love Black Friday specials! It's so hard not to spend money and stock up on loved products. 😍

I stopped using Clinic 3 steps, using Shiseido, Clinique Smart serum and Smart night cream.
I don't think I explained myself well. I more mean should I be buying products classed as a serum or should I buy things like buffet, aszeliac acide etc. I don't get what a serum does compared with other products
I have tried so many clinique products over the years, since I was in my teens and am now 35. Every single time I've had severe irritation and breakouts, some sort of reaction. I've finally thrown in the towel lol never again

The first aid beauty serum got reformulated and almost all beneficial ingredients are gone or moved to bottom of list.
Clinique are cruelty free in the UK unsure about USA but given formulas are the same worldwide I presume as much

Purchased Estee Lauder serum s couple of weeks ago ..was so excited to use it but it does nothing for me leaving the skin dull with dry patches .
Some people just love it but it wasn't quite Hydrating enough for me either. Have you tried the drunk Elephant Protini cream before? It contains a lot of anti aging ingredients and is very Hydrating as well.
There’s dry patches because it’s taking the dead cells away hope you used a moisturizer after eventually you will see a difference in about a week..
For me, advanced night repair is best for repairing my skin, not hydrating it. I can put it on burns and scars and it makes them disappear within a month.

I started using fab serum. I have acne prone skin. I still like to use moisturizer after serum what moisturizer can I try?
I tried the Estée Lauder and it did absolutely nothing to my skin. Besides the little stickiness right after applying it, it felt like I was just putting water on my face. I never had any type if skin care not show some kind of results or have a reaction. To this day, I wonder about all the hype.... maybe I got a bad bottle (it was an item that was included in a gift kit)
There are some products I've tried where I definitely think the product was old, expired, or just gone bad. I do wonder sometimes about items that come in a gift kit, the bad drunk elephant c firma was in one if their holiday kits, I won't be buying that in a kit ever again that's for sure.
Funny you say this about kits because I bought what I thought was a super deal on a well known mascara brand and all the tubes were not bad but, I could tell they were old from the mascara being thick and clumpy - different then when just purchasing them separately. Like you, I will never buy special/gift sets again because in the end you don’t get the benefit of really trying out the products.

daniliver, mine is like water, trust me, it’s far from being dense and don’t think it was fake because it was from Macy’s Dept store. Unless they are known to sell fakes which would really surprise me.
The Clinique serum didn’t do anything for me. It just felt like I was rubbing silicone on my face yuck
The Clinique serum definitely has kind of a strange consistency to it, that is probably why I like the first aid beauty serum so much because it feels so light.
XJennaX try the Estée Lauder get it from eBay and do also first on Ebates etc saving money and getting money back check it out

You definitely can use them together, if you find a combination that works for you there's nothing wrong with using both Clinique and Estee Lauder.

The ingredient were pretty safe, i have sensitive skin.
Here is a list of all the ingredients of it- it could be one or it could just be a combination of them that your skin doesn't like. I tend to wonder if it could be the caffeine or perhaps the coloring they use in the serum. @@NOBSBeauty the kiehl's ultra facial crram also burn my skin, the drunk elephant b hydra also but not severe as the kiehl's ultra facial cream.
Kiehl's hurt the most, then estee lauder and b hydra last.
The b hydra only slightly, all of these were favorite to many people and an OG, i hate to have sensitive skin.

I will try the First Aid. I’d like to get away from Lauder. I’ve used the serum on and off for years and it’s fine. I go back to it bc it’s hard to find a serum I like to go under sunscreen and give me a light moisture/antioxidant layer. I love animals so no more Lauder or Clinique for me!! Thanks.

I love the FAB Serum so much 😍😍😍. They recently increased the bottle size from 1 ounce to 1,7 ounces, but only increased the price by $2, so be sure to get the new larger size.
I have dry skin, very large pores, and a lot of redness(not just on my face). I used the clinique once cuz my mom had some and it was like magic it worked for all my problems and got rid of stubborn blackheads. I used a first aid beauty moisturizer sample and it don't do as much but worked a little for small acne breakouts but not great. I'm scared to waste a lot of money on something that might not work well for me but the clinique is to expensive. What would you recommend I try?

Your wrong because estee lauder has a form of fragerence in it that a doctor pointed out. So im finding it hard to trust this video
I’m allergic to chrysanthemum. It’s in the ragweed family. So the FAB is too scary to try.
Somehow I got a little lucky since I have a lot of respiratory allergies but most of them don't translate to my skin.
No BS Beauty I got really sick after having a pot of chrysanthemum tea at a Chinese restaurant. It was delicious but that’s how I learned (thanks to Google) that the flowers are related to ragweed. It was the worse “hay fever” ever.
I really dont feel anyone acne prone would be looking at any of these anyway.

I love Glo’s Renew serum it has Bha and AHA acids that work so great for acne only use this at night with a sunscreen in the day because it does contain strong acids you really only need a thin even layer wait 20 mins then apply my moisturizer I love amino genesis cocoon
I swear by ANR, I have used it for 25 years and I have no lines on my face
So many swear by it, so it's got such a nice reputation!
