Hello sir i am from Pakistan and you may know about our Mud wrestling culture but we are doing proper mat wrestling now our strength training is only hindu pushups we want to learn wrestling like western people so please suggest us strength training exercise or please make a video on it how we can make our self more aggressive and powerfull we shall be very thankful to you
as no one has answered I'll comment. I have only seen Indian mud wrestling but I assume Pakistan is similar. Americans seem big aggressive and strong because they are generally much bigger, stronger and leaner than Indians. The big wrestlers you tend to see in places like India tend to be just fat with not much muscle on them. I'd recommend simply eating more protein and moderating carbs/sugar. Which Indian Hindus generally have way too much of. I don't know if this is an issue in Pakistan. Aside from this train wrestling hard as usual but supplement with deadlifts , bench press, rope climbs, and squats. If you don't have proper equipment do zercher deadlifts, pushups with a block of concrete on your back, muscle ups, and high rep Bulgarian squats (rear leg on a bench) holding any kind of weight on your back or in hands. And remember to eat the protein.

Can you do a video on flashy moves that look cool. Even if they rarely work, at least you look cool in practice. :)
