Hi, the helmet is very comfortable, only downside is, it can flatten your hair a bit depending on your hair style, but I guess that is the case will all helmets :D Overall I am very happy with it. As for wear and tear, after months of everyday use the surface has some wear on it, the internal pads are washable, and you can also buy replacement pads if they get too worn out, I am still on the original set of pads and washed them couple of times.
What size did you get? Does it fit as expected eg M,L or XL?

How do you charge the light or does it use batteries or rechargeable
The light uses a coin style replaceable battery. I am still on the original one, so seems to last a while.
How long does the light last on one charge?
I am still on my first battery, so not sure how long it will last. The light uses a CR2032 coin style non-rechargeable battery.
