This is beautiful. She is so elegant. How she stays on point for so long makes my toes hurt. I can’t imagine. I liked the second dance better because of her beautiful costume. It made it seem like she was floating. I like this palate cleanser and positivity.
I saw the clip of her in the nursing home. They put on music and she still knew the movement. I hadn’t seen her on point though. The string of pearls wow. Having said that I forget people’s names but I remember every step of jigs and reels
I know the clip you are talking about, i think that was a different lady, think she was a Spanish ballerina. This lady is British, thats amazing i have zero muscle memory. xx
She is an amazing lady. Still very flexible and graceful. 🌻👏👏 It does take its toll on their feet, though. They aren't really pretty after years and years of ballet. But she has done very well.🎉
That song is "Le Carnaval des Animaux, R. 125: 13. Le Cygne" by Camille Saint-Saens. Also, you can listen to the Clara Rockmore theremin version of this piece, "The Swan", it is beautiful.
I watched this before. She’s absolutely amazing and a beautiful dancer.
Just beautiful ❤
