Def his first time...I'm debating on getting a computer again just for this and old wc frozen throne game
Though not reforged but I still have the og WC RoC & FT disks.
Along with og AOE2, Rise of Nations, CC Generals & Zero Hour.
Stronghold Crusaders HD, I got from steam (it was also on sale).
I am not a skilled/fast player but I still continue to play them despite my skill issue. 🤣😅

Still lacks the summoning sound but looks great!
Yeap after playing Undead as my main race for all those years, the lack of summoning sound was really annoying :D
Also Spirit Tower really needs those spirits floating around the crystal....hopefully that will be added into the final release as well.

I always thought reforged graphics look good in a model viewer but they didn’t match the old clunky animations of the original engine

Do you have the reforged version? If so, perhaps this video shows some sort of expansion.
Maybe you're using the classic graphics
Gameplay slow you should build a crypt first and 2 ziggurat then focus on getting ghouls Acolyte you should build with one of the Acolyte then the 2 other go to mine when you have good resources upgrade to halls of the dead then make graveyard and also altar very important

They removed 1.0 features that existed before reforge launched and the new graphics makes it harder to micro since things are not defined

I don't blame you if you were a beginner or something. I just find your gameplay to be quite slow, no insults intended.
Because he doesnt understand the win condition of this game is to have a higher hero while keeping shit alive with the proper composition.
Understanding creep routes, army conposition and timings help with that.... but he never bothers after playing the game for years (he played the game before for years according to his video history)....
