    Does the laser cut through cornea? I have dry eyes.

    I had cataract surgery in 2018 and now experience some cloudiness and suspect I will need to have YAG. My two questions are, does the laser penetrate / go through the lens implant and how is the length of the laser controlled? I'm concerned that the laser will exit the back of the capsule.
