- Do you want to know how to recover your HACKED PS4 Account with no Access to the EMAIL address or Password! Maybe your email address was changed and 2 step verification was deactivated. To recover your account go to playstation dot com and then go to support and select the online assistant in the bottom right side of the screen and follow the chat bots instructions. You will need your first and last name, PSN ID, original email address, first and last 4 digits of the credit card / debit card used on the account. Then your account will be reset back to the original email. Reset the password and sign into your PS4. Change the email address and add 2 step verification.

Thanks so much for this! My account just got hacked today and it’s past their call center hours. I managed to reset it with the automated bot somehow despite not being able to manually reset my password myself because they changed the sign in ID

PROBABLY as long as you have all the information which authenticates that you're the rightful owner. The serial number of PS originally used with the account, the original email address, username, any credit cards used to make purchases. Telling them about any credit cards used for any purchases helps big time, they ask for the first and last 4 digits.

I didn’t forget my password I tried to sign into my google account but then I didn’t want to so I tried to go back and I put the email and the password and it’s correct but it says it’s wrong and I counted I tried to do it 23 times and it dated it was wrong each time
